Just tried Giuseppi's pizza for the first time today. This pizza slaps! Great pizza, great price, nice friendly staff. Me and the fam will be back!
Customer service needs to improve very rude, and dissrespectful
when the kids took over I ordered a pizza from them and I asked them to cut it pie cut they reassured me they were going to cut it Pike up my son is disabled it's easier for him to eat with it being cut like a pie I go in there to pick up my pizza and it's cutting squares I told them I needed a different pizza because it would only go to waste because he can eat that way it's just too hard for him to hold with his hands so the lady took a bath for them to redo it and the guy comes out he throws it on the counter he says there's your pizza and I opened it up as I was opening it up I asked is it that was fast did you cut it by cut he said no you take that one or Nothing at All I said I want my money back yeah and he was very nasty to me I haven't walked in their stuff I'll never go in there he was very rude I go out to the parking lot to get my car in the customers are like we feel so bad for you he was very nasty to you yes he was very nasty to me and I'm sorry if there is a disability and you explain it to somebody you think they have some kind of compassion no compassion whatsoever I would never recommend them not because their food isn't good because it is it's sad that the personalities are nothing like the old people that used to run it
this is absolutely the best pizza in rockford illinois. im currently studying abroad in italy and i genuinely miss this pizza. i tell all my friends about it because it's so good. i love the small intamacy inside - it feels like home. they also give the little kids pizza dough to play with, which is the most exciting, cute thiing ever
I ordered a cheese, sausage & onion pizza & an order of spaghetti. We get there, they gave my order to someone else. They make a new order.I wait. I now have a half cooked cheese pizza .And he tells my husband he will give him $5.00 off next time he comes in! Screw this!
We went in for my aunt's birthday. Took a while for the server to come take our order even after they got us drinks. The food was good, we also had the order mixed up by the kitchen or the server took it incorrectly, we ordered 3 stuffed pizzas, but we got 2 stuffed and one regular.. the bill was adjusted for the discrepancy. We had brought and ice cream cake and they kept it frozen while we ate and served it with a candle and we all sang happy birthday. Overall it was a great way to celebrate as a family. Food was great.
Pasta is always absolutely perfect. It's almost bothersome because of the dozens and dozens of times I've made pasta I can NEVER get my noodles perfect yet they do it every time!
I started going to Giuseppi's after games years ago in high school, and now I bring my kids there! Delicious and affordable food that warms and fills you. My boys love the pizza and I usually get the ravioli, tortellini, or cannelloni. You will not be disappointed.
Went there for national Pizza day absolutely the best pizza i've ever had in my life how's this waste with staff everyone was absolutely wonderful best little secret in Rockford can't wait to go back and eat there again
Good authentic, Rockford Italian food. Been here for about 50 years. Always delicious and inexpensive! Try their fresh Cannoli's!!!
