First time, ordered take out on a Friday. Staff was super nice and they were busy so five stars there. Boneless wings my son loved and they were tender, cheese pizza for my other son he wished more sauce. Stuffed was just not our favorite compared to others we’ve had but it’s personal. Crust like pie crust but cooked perfectly, would’ve like more sauce in it and sausage but overall they did a good job.
Chicago deep dish at some of its best.Good service here but the deep dish pizzas can take a while to cook. Might want to order ahead.
A great place for Chicago style deep dish pizza. Even better than alot of places ive been to IN Chicago. Deep dish orders take a little to get to the table but well worth the wait. Highly reccomend the calamari as well.
Ordered individual stuff pizza but I received this because now they changed their recipe. Where's the sauce??? I'm going back to Nancy's! The original. You decide.***Update worse problem is, evidently the pizzaslid during the delivery so there wasn't evencheese on pizza let alone sauce.Such a shame, I just ordered last month, anL stuff pizza with Italian beef. Excellent. Smooth delivery, no sliding!!! Oh by the way my Italian beef sandwich, I even asked for a side ofau jus, but I didn't receive any, What changed in the past six months??? Oh well, study pictureLAME! This is acceptable??? Ha you’ve just lost a lot of business!!! That’s your response?!? Bye-Bye! I had ordered the same Chicken BBQ pizza the first time was great the second time was a huge miss. I mean honestly. Easy with the sauce. They replaced it the second time but seriously though. The fact that you guys had to make a huge hassle for a $30 pizza is rather disheartening. Own up to your mistakes.
When my husband and I come to Illinois, we always get a Chicago style pizza. Giordani's really knows how to make 'em! Great job Giordano's! We will be back!
Been a while since I have ate here. 70 bucks and deliver. It was not worth it. Got chicken bbq pizzia with wings salad pack.. 5 wings only. Dry. Pizzia was under cooked. Toss back in oven 10m. So guess best part was the salad. I miss chicago true pizzia
The food was good but the wait was absolutely terrible. We ordered at 6:40 and our food didn't arrive until 8. To top that off we asked 3 times when it would be out and they said right out and everytime it was another 10-15 minutes between we asked again. If I wanted to wait about an hour and a half for a pizza I would grow my tomatoes and make my cheese myself. Instead of apologizing for our wait we were charged a 18% service fee on top of our food and taxes and they still had the audacity to ask for a tip
The first time there for me, because I don't like Deep dish. I had no idea how wrong I was! My husband had a medium thin crust pizza, but I wanted the Italian Beef. Best one I've ever had! Our server was a very competent and friendly young man.
Love their pizza. There was a snafu with our order and it took longer than usual. They made it right and gave us the pizza and an appetizer free. Ashley Jr. Was a great server. GM was also awesome. Thank you Giordano's
