2:20 p.m. (ct) Mon. May 30, 2022.I am in Rockford on Business. Decided to give Gerry's Pizza a try. Ordered for two days of meals. I ordered the 10" Cheese Pizza with Mushrooms & Sausage; & an Italian Beef with Mozzarella cheese & Hot Peppers. Gerry's serves the Italian Beef with fries included. I tasted the Pizza it is delicious & ate half the Italian Beef. Put away the remaining for later today. Everything is good. Prices are fair. Give Gerry's Italian Food & Pizza Restaurant a try if u haven't been there.
Ordered from here twice during my vacation and both times they knocked it out of the park. It was delicious and prepared fast. Definitely would recommend.

We came in town late on our way through and were looking for a pizza place to stop and eat at and Gerry's was open! So awesome that you were open till midnight! The salads and pizza were pretty darn good and the service was very good!
Perhaps my favorite pizza place in the area. Of course there's the classic Giordianno's, Capri, etc., but this place does not dissapoint. We usually get the fresh garlic and sausage which makes my mouth water just thinking about it. More recently I tried the spicy hawaiian pizza which was solid. I havent had a bad experience and is a hidden gem for those new to the area. We will miss it when we leave, but will come back to Gerr's when we're in town.
It you're staying in hotel row near the tollway (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and so many more) this is where to call for pizza delivery. The phone order was personable, the delivery guy was courteous, the pizza was hot and very good. We had sausage, mushroom + light onion. We asked for crushed red pepper and parmesan and got it. Might be too cheesy for some (next time I'd ask for light cheese.) But overall great experience. And if you're reading this, you know how rare that is.
Amazing spaghetti with fresh basil. tomatoes and olive oil. A tasty salad for a starter. The bread was a perfect pairing. Would recommend to any aficionado of authentic Italian food.
Waitress was amazing. Food was delicious and portions were large. We had multiple appetizers and took home half of our dinners. Very reasonable prices as well.
Extremely busy, but we were served with a smile. Great pizza. Always our favorite place to get pizza and breaded mushrooms!
Pretty good pizza. It’s better than Pizza Hut that’s for sure. A bit much for their small sizes but in all they’re pretty great
