No help inside, your on your own ordering. Very much disliked that.Didn't tell me when my order was ready. I happened to go up and walk by the counter.
This place just refused to give me a pup cup. I even offered to pay for an entire additional drink on top of my order to just be given whipped cream in a cup and they still refused. Pretty ridiculous.
Order two large frozen drinks each came lukewarm and only 3/4 full. Can't believe the workers weren't embarrassed to hand these out the drive-through window. Drive a couple hundred yards down the street for much better options or check carefully before driving away
We ordered 2 iced coffees in drive thru. Service was quick and polite. The Coffee was made properly.The $2 any size iced coffee happy hour has ended. They now offer $2 medium iced coffee when ordering thru the Duncan App.
We got our order in 5 minutes everything was perfect gg
The service is friendly and they offer a nice selection of goodies on their menu. I love their Avocado toast.
The cashier at the window Literally yelled at me and made me cry because she gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for and I kindly told her it was wrong. Not to mention she didn’t even fix it she just poured my hot drink into a cold cup and put two ice cubes in it. I get it you don’t wanna be at work, nobody does, but chill it’s not that serious I promise queen.
I just want to say that the cashier is really disrespectful. I told her to give me an order and she gives me a completely different one and then gets mad at me when I ask her kindly to give me my right order. She stuffed all the donuts I ordered in a bag and when I took them out, they were so messy. She was giving an attitude when I didn’t do anything bad to her.
Coffee was great and was a long line but they were fast and efficient!!!
This has happened 3 times to me so far, but before this, everything was fine! Not sure what has gotten into Dunkin lately. I ordered a small iced mocha with almond milk. Usually it doesn't go over $3--the lady charged me $4.01! So I got up to the window and made sure to ask the lady if it had chocolate syrup in the iced mocha. She said yes. She gave it to me, I drove off, and realized there was no chocolate syrup, it was just coffee and almond milk. Never going to Dunkin again, they have over charged me and have gotten all of my orders wrong for the last 2 months! Both for the Edgebrook location and the Machesney Park location! None of these coffee shops are good, same with Starbucks, they are just as lousy as Dunkin!
