Iced coffee looks like straight milk atleast 2 times a week. I order the SAME thing every day. They never repeat the order and I have to deny the coffee at the window because they foeget the whipped cream almost every time. No customer service skills AT ALL. If you ask for a manager to complain they day there is not one there. I used to love Dunkin....Would love a phone call
Hit or miss service.The gaggle of a “line” that accumulates in the parking lot is enough to make you want to go somewhere else. If you make it through the line you might get a professional encounter or you might get some stoned out of their mind teen with an attitude. Make sure you check your order before leaving the window and take your receipt.Back to back visits I’ve returned my order 3 times at the window because it was incorrect. The order was taken down incorrectly and I almost let them charge me for it before I noticed the order was almost completely wrong. It was a simple order of items that are on their menu with no complicated +/- requests. 3 different people came to the window and one had an attitude about fixing their mistake.I usually just make coffee at home or go to a local small business but sometimes I’m willing to pay for convenience. If you can’t provide quick service correctly and consistently then there’s no value in supporting your chain. I’ll just remember that from now on and go to a local small business for coffee. At least then I can feel good about my purchase and support a small business rather than over pay for the wrong order and get an attitude from the dumb little girl on her phone all day.
I will not return. Employees are mad at the world and if they are busy your order is SUBpar.
Employees really need to be trained on drinks. They have no idea what the menu items are made.
I went to this location because of the bad customer service at highcrest and the service at this Charles location was even WORSE!! I ordered a simple iced tea and received watered down light orange water no brewed taste then called to ask for the manager and they stated there isn't one here they left how convenient. I asked them to look at my tea because I am not paying 435 for a watered tea. Then they gave me a bitter dark odd tasting drink when I let them know that this isn't acceptable tea. Dunkin in Rockford has severe customer service, inaccuracy of orders, and lack of professionalism issues. It is grossly apparent just how bad all of the locations in the Rockford area are being run and why everyone takes their business to Starbucks. The management and training is obviously horrible here having teenagers working the drive thru with an attitude giving terrible service along with making basic drinks orders either wrong or watered down and underfilled cups. I will never do business with them again. I love dunkin in other cities but the Rockford region is being terribly managed and clearly hasn't trained their employees well.
I go to all the Dunkin’ Donuts in the area but every time I come here my hot chocolate is just hot water basically. Very frustrating when you have to throw your whole drink away on numerous occasions
Went yesterday around 4, there was no line and a few people in there so it wasn’t like they were insanely busy…. Asked for a hot chocolate the cup was a little kore than half full and when served the drink was lule warm at the very best. When I pulled up to the window the kid just opened and stared with his hand out no greeting at all… this location is terrible. I will make it my mission to drive the extra bit and just visit the E State location.
I went to get some donuts after my eye Dr. Appointment I stopped to see my grandson who works there the whole staff was great.
Normally i never have an issue with this dunkin but today i thought itd be nice to get the kids hot chocolate and donuts for breakfast. My drink wasnt full by any means, our frozen chocolate tasted like they had accidentally put a coffee/mocha syrup in there instead of normal chocolate, one of the hot chocolates was super watered down, and none of my drinks besides the “frozen chocolate” had whipped cream. I usually never complain and i love dunkin but our experience today really ruined the surprise i had for my family.
This is the third time that I buy a large hot drink but instead they give me a medium drink in a large cup, when I told the person at the window he ignored me and closed the window( i was explaining to him in a calm way) they should better train the workers in this location and give the people what we pay for.
