Pathetic attempt at a restaurant ? maybe they should go to straight machines be better that the incompetent people working in this store
They made a mistake on one of my items which happens. I let them know and they took care of the problem and gave me a gift card. Great service and always great food.
Seems as if only 1 manager knows what they are doing there, and 2 drivers, the others are incompetent and some of them shouldn't even be working there! But guess when your desperate for employees you let them treat customers anyway they want. Il start taking my business to the few local businesses that still respect customers and appearently dominos isn't one of them!
Charged for a meatzza pizza and was sent home a cheese pizza. When I called the store to see what could be done they put me on hold for over 40 mins currently as I am still on hold. Given they aren't taking anymore orders tonight I have a feeling they'll leave me on hold till they close.
They didn't deliver the pizza ordered. But only offer free points towards another pizza... WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE PIZZA I DIDN'T GET? 60 REWARDS POINTS WON'T COVER THE NEXT ONE!
I took a bit long answering the door because i was expecting a text when they were 2 minutes away and never received one. He said he was waiting at the door for 2 minutes. Anyway i think it was tampered with because it tastes horrible!!
Sad amount of food for just over $35!!! 3 med pizzas, one cheese, one pepperoni, and one bacon and mushroom....the only pizza that looked good was the cheese pizza, the other 2 had WAY too much crust, we added on, for FIVE-NINETY NINE, the cheese bread was WAY too salty on top and "boneless chicken wings" which consisted of 8 "pieces" try 4 small round nuggets, and 4 popcorn chicken size!!! I will NEVER order dominoes again!!! And to top it all off, they didn't have change for a $100 bill, understandable,they were just robbed BUT they asked on the phone BEFORE hanging up, how am I paying...which we said CASH...so they should have said that on the phone!!!! I ended up having to use my credit card....and the staff there? Well, the 2 girls, we're very aloof, like they didn't wanna be there and the woman who helped us, finished texting on her phone BEFORE she took care of us...the young man there was very nice and professional
