I love DQ but this drive through has never gotten my order correct in the last 5 years. Oddly, if I send my son or husband there are never any issues.
I used to love dairy queen chicken strip baskets today I went and between the service and the quality I won't be back . . . The fries were completely mushy n gross the strips were tiny n not worth there money especially when no where else in town strips got smaller yes all prices have gone up I get that . . . They also put 3 boxes in 1 bag that ripped the second I got out of my car n went to walk inside the house they were out if drink carriers and with 4 orders of drinks and ice cream Sundays even tho there were 3 adults in the car we couldn't carry everything in properly service and quality were terrible very sad to say
When my kids were little and my Mom would visit us, we started a Family Tradition and would have Blizzards for supper.
We stopped for Blizzards and found the entire place to need a big cleanup!! Everything from the parking lot, bathroom, counters, floor needed a lot of attention. None of the girls seemed to want to do any work. It use to be a great place but not the case now.

Buns were old & easily broke apart . They took very long in drive thru...⌛I think the location at Riverside Dr by Illinois state hwy 90 is much fresher tasting food!!
Seems dirty last couple times I've been there.Maybe a owner changed since covid? Workers wearing masks on their chins like idiots. Either wear it or take it off .
We've always enjoyed Dairy Queen.. However, the past 3 times we've gone and spent $60 for our family of 4, the food was awful and I try to be understanding.. Can't do it anymore! All of our burgers were nasty, fries and cheese curds old and cold. Won't be back again sadly.
Drive through. Usually the food is passable but once in awhile it will be chewy and almost cold. Sometimes they have some rude/impatient servers. I'm not going back. Girl, said do you want it or not just bc it took me 1 second to decide (no cars behind me) nah, I'm good.
Great service except their order taker/speaker couldn't seem to hear me.
