Drive thru menu is totally different price from what the receipt says ... I have complain numerous of times and still no changes but they quick to say they will

I ordered a flame thrower. It seemed to be not fresh, rather microwaved. The tomato and lettuce were hotter than the burger and the bun was soft and rubbery. Not happy.
The wait was kind of long but I was extremely happy to get my Snicker blizzard that I hadn't had since I was a teenager and it tasted amazing and they did do the upside down dip thing to show me that it's thick. Friendly staff as well..
I think this franchise owner needs an office. He was conducting business on the phone in the customer area and was very loud. I almost left since not one of the 10 employees in the back were coming to take my order. After about four minutes of standing there the owner came and took my order. Obviously, he was in a hurry to get back to the call since he didn't listen to my order where I ordered a double and received a triple. Also, the prices on the menu board are a couple dollars less than what this guy charged me. The item I ordered was shown to be $7.09. I was charged $10.29 and some change for a combo shown as $8.29. If I was not on a 30 minute break, I certainly would have taken the issue up with the loud mouth named "Neal"... Sure it is... This was my first time ever ordering food from DQ. Next time I will DQ something different. Edit: I tried to do the survey and it didn't like the phone number from the receipt.
Bruh I ordered a Oreo mocha fudge blizzard and they put gummy worms in it. Worst mouth feeling ever btw. I took it back to get it replaced and they didn't even give me the right blizzard.
Sometimes the people taking the order are rude but whoever is making the food is awesome they always throw in a extra chicken strip lol
Old indian guy had bad attitude...got horrible service while ordering....so we just decided to leave...went to arby's next door...what a difference...service was great...
I spent 30 dollars tonight trying to feed the kids wife and myself. The fries are cold!! The cheese burgers and chicken strips are cold as well not happy at all!!! They will not answer there phone so I can complain to management!!
Came in while it was completely dead, no other customers inside or the drive through and ordered 2 burgers. The food was at the table about a minute after we sat down with undercooked fries, soggy buns, and enough ketchup and mustard on my burger for 3 people. I could understand any of this during a rush or something but I'll be avoiding this dairy queen from now on
