Chicken noodle soup tasted funny, chili fries, Reuben Chicken tenders were fantastic. Slow service brought it down a star.
Sat in line for over an hour to get a turtle sundae. And because of the way they where parking cars in three rows no one could get out. People starting yelling where is my food whenever the employee came out with a bag. It was the worst experience ever at a Culver’s
Chili was warm but not hot. There were several tables, chairs and booths to be wiped down but not getting done. A few staff members were conversing rather than working together and conversing.I end up getting sick not long after my visit. Culver's was the only thing I had all day. My visit was 4/14/22. Please ensure things are being temp logged, rotated, etc.
This is one of the worst culvers. Ordered a basket and an additional large pepsi, kid hands me a pepsi then tells me they don't have pepsi! Asked what did he jus hand me. Blank stare!!!! No offer for refund jus asked if I want anything else. I did not or I would have Ordered something else. I jus go park to wait for my food because I am getting angry. So I check the pepsi he gave me no syrup. Kid brings out my order this pepsi is bad too blank stare! No leadership Won't be going back.
Culvers usually has pretty good food and service. Today they really dropped the ball.Like 90% of the order was just missing (and we had a large order ~$50 so that was rather impressive). They even included a kids meal...when that was not even on the order. When I called they were super annoyed I was calling and basically would not do anything. Save yourself time. money, and sanity - do not order from this location.
Friendly prompt staff, relatively clean, accurate food order that tasted appropriate and good. My guest was accosted by a panhandler in the parking lot. I know that's not the restaurants fault but it was rather unnerving.
This is the second time my wife has grabbed food from there that we got food poisoning. They messed up the order (same last time) and she had to go in to get the correct ITEMS , we finally get the correct food go home eat food was horrible sloppy and cold but I expected nothing different, should have learned our lesson the first time but our daughter picks Culver’s when she gets the “treat” of picking what’s for dinner. Everything was fine till about 3 hours later when the entire house started throwing up and having “other bathroom problems” the only thing we all ate was Culver’s. I don’t know what is going on but I’m reporting this too the health department, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 3 MONTHS THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED!!! So now my daughter is missing school, we are missing work all because my my daughters favorite restaurant can’t figure out how not to get people sick. We do not have these issues with the one on East State. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude and never gets the order correct.
They can't get orders right. Four time in a row they messed up my order. The management seems fine, but still. Four times in a row. The odds on that, and I can't be the only one. I personally will not return to this Culver's in particular.
Consistently fresh, worth the 10-15mins in the drive-thur. You get your drinks and frozen custard while you wait for your hot food to finish.
ORDER NEVER RIGHT THO. they can NEVER get my order right. PAST ENERGY ..WE IMPROVE!!!
