This is the second week straight that my order was screwed up. I did not get a lemon wedge or a dinner roll with my Cod order, last week i was short several items so i had to go all the way back. I will not be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed.
The only place I eat burgers plain and you can really taste the quality of the meat they use. Absolutely amazing.
Order was made exactly to order. Food was fresh and hot! I've never had any issue at this Culver's.
I'm sorry to agree with the above review. The woman at the drive thru is really very rude. The ice cream is good, but we have been treated rudely by this particular older woman on several occasions. Also, we were harassed about our coupon, which is strange since it was not expired. Too bad!
Several people who ordered well after us got there food before us, my sides were cold, and my fish was just warm. Bathrooms were disgusting, and trash was overflowing in the lobby area
had a single deluxe meal it. It was cooked well and tasted good. The meal was prepared quickly. I was pleased with my visit overall.
Always good food, order is 99% correct, customer service is excellent as well.
I mostly enjoy the Culver's chain but this location is always slow and the woman who is in the drive thru is not even remotely friendly. Its not that it's bad, I just expect more because the location in Belvidere is so much faster and way friendlier
The food was good but spending $30.00 you should get what you ordered. I asked for a double and got a single. I always check my bag now I have to check inside the wrapper.
Always good and we frequent this location. Hardly ever have any issues if ever. Plus ordering ahead speeds up the process since it's all maid fresh!
