This is the first time that I have ever gotten cold fries and my hamburger didn’t have what is ask for in it. Very disappointing, but it can happen anywhere and it won’t keep me from going back.
Wish I could put zero stars. Raspberry smoothie doesn't taste like raspberry. Tastes like over sugared berry tums. Burger buns were abnormally cold, cheese wasn't melted even within the burger. Parts of the hamburger was too crispy at the edges. Over all horrible. Clearly didn't eat even half of it. Made me sick honestly. Also cashier girl was coughing and not covering her mouth constantly as we were ordering(clearly needed to go home).
Went there Sunday and very few people in there. We ordered 2 baskets and a salad nothing fancy. Waited 20 minutes for our food. Ordered ice cream and the vanilla cone was dripping when she handed it to us. Something was wrong with the freezer obviously. Ordered a strawberry shake and looked nothing like the picture. It wasn’t a shake it was pink milk. Nothing thick about it. The concrete was made wrong so we brought that back for the right ice cream. And what will keep me away is the bathroom. I have seldom seen a bathroom that dirty. The floor has what appears to be like tar. Yes it’s black and made me want to leave and not even eat when I saw that. So much for a $40 bill. Disappointing.
They have a great and friendly staff. It's always quicker to run in and get your food ;) .If you see a really long line in the drive thru, park your car and ?♂️ in to place your order. It could save you 10-15 minutes without wasting your valuable gasoline!I'm a super fan of my own creation from their menu. I know they have a "chocolate malt" on the menu but if you want the best malt ever... try my creation:Concrete mixer+malt powder+ actuall HOT FUDGE ( not the ready to use cold stuff, they call it RTU fudge). They don't like using the hot fudge in Concrete Mixers because it doesn't leave them "Concrete " and they are right, if it's mixed correctly you will only need a straw. You will be enjoying the best malt ever!!
I've always been happy with the product but this time I order the fish sandwich and you could tell it was either fried an hour before I got there and put in the microwave or fried with some old dirty oil
My family and I walked into Culver’s to see every staff member either not wearing a mask or not wearing it properly, staff EATING FOOD at the order counter and then messed up our order. Over all the experience was unprofessional and not good. ?
Food is always delish and the staff is uber friendly. We always make a stop here when visiting the area.
Got a vanilla concrete mixer with cookie dough bites and reeses. It's honestly the move. Plus nothing better then having some cheese curds.Sadly, I had my dog but they didn't have the bones for a pup cup.
Enjoyed the fried cod. Great hot fudge sundae. Culver's seems to always have good food.
Employees were awesome really nice and helped me pick out the ice cream that I wanted and it was delicious
