I ordered food for me and my kids. Got home and didn't see my food, only my kids' food was in the bag. I called and told them that I was missing my food. The manager apologized and told me to come back and that she would bring my food out with a coupon. I wasn't happy to go back anyway because who loves wasting her gas. I went back, and the lady that brought my food told me there was an extra ranch. I didn't understand why I needed an extra ranch, but I just said thanks anyway. I was going to ask what about the coupon? But then I thought that was tacky so I didn't ask. I just figured it would be in the bag. I checked when I got home and there was no coupon. They didn't only mess up my order but wasted my gas and still lied about the coupon. I will not go there again. I hate lying.
Good food.Problem I had was the employee behind the counter continued to use profanity with his other employees. Not very professional as I have always remembered Culver's to be.
Most items are ok. Onion rings are good, so is the cod and pot roast. Reuben is terrible...so are green beans..
The butter burgers are exceptional, actually everything is fantastic! Tried the pork tenderloin sandwich after hearing people rave about it. I will definitely order it again!
I eat their food all the time. Their burgers are awesome their fries are always fresh there frozen yogurt is awesome.
When they brought our order out it was missing a concrete mixer, I had to go to counter with receipt and let them know. They made it right away. Then my husband went to pick up his sandwich that looked like it was cute in half, it was not. He went to the counter to get a plastic knife, they didn't have any but they put the sandwich through the kitchen window and asked them to cut it for us. With a smart @ss comment they guy cut it and we say back down. My husband went to eat sandwich again, still not cut all the way through and fell apart. He took back and they made a new one, still not cut in half properly. How hard is it to cut a sandwich in half, I mean really. The manager apologized and gave us coupons to come back. We'll consider it.....
Culvers no longer give lids for ice cream, which allows contamination during transferring from one person to another. We live in such vulnerable times, Why wouId a restaurant take the chance of food contamination. I will no longer order any food that's handled unsanitary from this restaurant again.
My personal favorite is a concrete turtle with malt flavor in it. I think Culver’s has some of the best fast food fries, and the cheese dip is so good.
Kinda sad how bad the service was. I've worked in customer service and it's crazy to me that the employees aren't trying at all. While ordering, the worker kept trying to rush us, repeatedly saying the total before we were done. We also ordered a shake and got the wrong flavor. Finally, got a root beer and the cup was only half full and covered in the drink. Food tasted good, but service was definitely lacking.
Went thru drive-thru. Indoor dining recently redone but has a very bad odor. Smells unclean. Burger usually overdone and dry. Fries OK.
