Ice cream was good but I don’t recommend getting a smoothie. Very watery
I have been enjoying this ice cream since it opened with my son and my daughter-in-law and it's still the same great ice cream great service love coming here
Very disappointed, workers unfriendly specially this guy who treats me unprofessional like racist. The company should make sure who work for them. I won’t come back again. Sorry.
Went to Cold Stone for the first time today and was highly disappointed when the blonde girl with a bun up messed up the strawberry blonde by putting cheesecake ice cream.. so I just took it as a blonde mistake and pointed it out then she corrected but left some of the mix ins out like the strawberries in the new one.. so I paid $7 for small thing of ice cream to not even get what I ordered.. other than that the place was decent and the ice cream was good.
Such a delicious treat to visit cold stone in Rockford! I always have such a great experience when I treat myself to something sweet ☺️ I appreciate the wonderful positive service! I must say they keep a nice and tidy establishment, even when busy! Great job everyone! This is one of my favorite spots to get ice cream in the Rockford area ☺️ Go Cold Stone! ?
$7 for an ice cream? It better be amazing and it isn't. I haven't been to Cold Stone in years, because in the past I didn't love the concept as a whole so I will say take my review with that disclaimer. The way they mix the ice cream isn't that thorough so you have big chunks of mix ins and then ice cream which isn't how I like my ice cream. When I went this time with my husband and son, the result was the same. I don't think it is worth $7 for a medium size portion of ice cream that was turned a few times on a cold counter. Other than that the line for ordering moved quickly, and the staff was polite. There was somewhat of a bottleneck to check out and that was a bit annoying with no cover on my ice cream. I did have ice cream running down the side of my cup before we even got to check out and since I am still wearing a mask indoors I could only really wipe it up instead of eating some of the treat like I normally would have in the past. Overall the flavor of the ice cream was decent, but not amazing. For the price, I would expect more. So overall I wouldn't visit again and my husband felt the same. Too expensive for what you get.
Went to Coldstone for the first time last night. The employees were so fun and nice. The ice cream was BOMB! ?♀️?? I will definitely be going back soon to visit my new coldstone friends.

Had a wonderful time. Stopped in to get ice cream and instantly seen ice cream in the air. The young men were tossing it up and catching it. We ordered and they did a little bit of a long toss to each other and still caught it. Glad to see them having fun at work. Don’t worry none stuck to the ceiling
