Please do not eat here!!!!! Especially not this location!!!! If i could give it 0 stars i would! First the food was DRY & nasty!! Then my order was incorrect and i was missing items. I called up there to speak with the manager i was told she was busy.. then i asked if they could take down my number so that she could call me back , they said no she doesn’t have time for all that . THEN i asked for corporates number they said they don’t have it. So i asked for the lady’s name that was on the phone and she laughed i said “ excuse me ma’am may i have your name please so i know who i talked to “ ( i had planned on calling back ) she then said “ huh “ i said may i please have your name she simply hung up. I called back 2x.. the first time no answer the second time once someone said hello i asked to speak with a manger and she hung up. I ended do a feedback on their website under request and I’m waiting for someone to reach back out via phone or email because this was ridiculous. So food 1/10 and customer service 0/10 !!
I've been coming here for years. I love the food but the customer service has gone down tremendously. It's all younger kids, with extremely bad attitudes. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Im done going to this location.
Not sure what's going on but its not as good as it was five years ago. It was very dry the last time I had it.
My wife and I entered this business about 11:00am. One of our stops when we're in the Rockford Area. After ordering our food my wife dipped a fry in her cheese and it was cold. I went back to the counter and asked for Hot cheese like we always get. A lady who appeared to be the Manager came out the side door and said "The cheese has been on for an hour, What do you want me to do?" I didn't know it was my problem as a customer to make sure food items were Hot. Very Rude. Im only giving 1 star bit No stars were earned. And my business is gone. You don't deserve it.
I have eaten here for probably the last 10 years or so but the last 2 times I have come the meat/sandwiches really just seem to be going downhill. I don't know if they have gotten lower quality meat or if the employees just don't care but for the price of the food it was really disappointing. I would honestly go out of my way to get a cheesesteak from Jersey Mikes before paying a similar price for these ones.
Well this is the second time they have screwed up our order. This time worse then the last. Ordered two sandwiches with bacon and neither had it. Ordered the fries with a side of hot sauce….missing. Very disappointed.

Bad.I got the old skool philly steak it was alright but not for the price, kids work there and they have attitudes. I ordered my son the chicken Philly meal. First they forget the whole meal and then they gave him undercooked chicken tenders. I won't e back here ever again.
