Super friendly service!! I majorly screwed up my online order and the cashier on the phone and also the manager (Shula) were both incredibly helpful. Like above and beyond helpful!!! And their food, of course, is always delicious. We always order from this location. They never disappoint!! Great job BWW!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Was seated quickly and had a server almost instantly, granted I was the only one at this time but still. My server bianca was very nice and on top of her game the entire time! I would have definitely given a 5 star review if it hadn't been for the lack of cheese on my nachos! Lol yes I'm serious there wasn't enough on there! So I bought extra barely enough after that oh well, can't complain. Life happens move on! But yea all in all 9/10 experience today!
Only problem I have had with online ordering is that it grossly underestimated the time for finishing the order.While the website said 25 minutes... I had to wait that long on top of that to get my food. At least it was correct and fresh out of the kitchen.
The restroom smell soooo bad that you can feel when you are waiting outside, I don’t know what’s going on, if they don’t care anymore. The staff are pretty young which is good, but they should be more Proffesional. The food is ok.
Apparently not all BWW are created equal. Very disappointed in this one. The sandwich I ordered was different than the one I had in DeKalb, in a bad way, not warm, soggy and made differently as far as the “breading”. The fries were cold and hard like they were leftovers from the day before. There was a table with hiring information yet there were approximately 7 females and one male employee. 5 out of the 7 females were just hanging around up near the front door talking the entire time we were there. Doubtful we will return to this particular BBW.
Orders were placed all together. We all got our food except one person. We were almost done when server came back to table. So she waited almost a hour for her dirty dub tots. Unacceptable. Then getting our tickets was a mess. Granted there were 7 of us on 4 separate tickets, but the server knew this from the beginning. First time at B-Dubs and the last.
never again. saw the negative reviews and still gave them a chance. big mistake lmao. our order was a 12pc medium sauce, 6pc honey bbq, & 12pc plain. all boneless. we got no honey bbq chicken whatsoever for our 6pc but another medium sauce instead . not to mention, we only got 5 in the 6pc. along with all our ranch containers being wellllll below half way filled. smh should’ve listened to the reviews & spent my money elsewhere.
First time me & my family ever ordered, very nice lady placed my order, got the wings & fries... Wings were dry & couldn't even eat them! Like they have been sitting for a long time. I paid $35 for this!!?? I'm very disappointed, thought it would be way better for that price. Come on!!!
