We Ordered our steaks medium. They were super well done and dry. They were not very busy and had to wait for refills. The bathrooms smelt like sewage. 0/10 would not recommend.
Asked for pink burger and it well done. French fries were about 4 or 5 hrs old. I enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip. I used love this place.
I went to Applebee's today with my grandma and her friend after coming back from the dentist had a cup of coffee and french onion soup the soup was horrible the cheese was super thick like a glob there was no onions in the soup as I started around trying to find it it tasted horrible and our waitress didn't even ask how it was not one time I even gave the soup back within 2 minutes of it sitting at the table I would never go back there again this is trash restaurant. And I would never tell anybody to go back there again and I'll never return I had to bite my tongue because my grandma said not to say nothing not even a manager stop by the table to see how things were that's sad. New update I talked to the manager on the phone he was nice and understanding and said he'll send a gift card I was just happy to have somebody be understanding unlike the waitress
When we got there only two other tables had people at them. The servers all would go to the back for 5-10 minutes then come back out at the same time. It took 40 minutes from walking in the door to get our appetizer and we ordered the first time the server came to our table which was 10 minutes after being seated. Service was awful- no refills, could not find anyone to pay or ask for water since they were all in the back.After 60 minutes we finally got our food which was okay but not great.
Absolutely the worst service I have experienced in years at any restaurant.We arrive just before 4:30pm. It took at least 20 minutes to even get our drinks (we ordered water, tea and milk). All of the staff was in the back after we were seated and continued to go into the back for extended periods of time.If we asked for something, it took an excessive amount of time to get whatever it was we asked for. We asked for extra napkins with our appetizer and didn’t get them until after we were already done..Very unimpressed with the service and the food. We won’t be back.
Great service, hot and delicious food, served quickly. It's a bit of a task to get to the parking lot, but the quality of this Applebee's makes it totally worth the trip. Best location in this area, highly recommend!
Food and drinks are always tasty! Unfortunately we must have gotten a new server. I only say this because they were NOT busy AT ALL and this girl only had maybe 3 tables. It took a 40 minutes for her to come to the table to ask what we wanted to drink, we went ahead and ordered our food also while she was there. 15 minutes later the water comes out. When our water finally came out it was, at that point, almost an hour from when we walked in. Then our DRINK drinks came out, nope. Just the green one. So the waitress went to go get the shark gummy one, 10 more minutes later...(It tastes like a sour patch kid and we suggested they put a couple of red ones in the drink and pouring a couple drops of grenadine on them. Give the sharks bait, Lol). It was very frustrating to see all the tables around us at least have water and I was sooooo thirsty! Our food came out and we enjoyed the rest of our time there but this girl was really off her game or just had no game. Idk. She was fine once she got her butt movin'!
Considering the wait staff had only the bartender and one other waitress, I thought they did a wonderful job of trending to our needs. Food was prepared well and tasty as usual. Thank you to the staff for your great service on our visit!
Haven't been here in a while but remembered it was good last time I had it. My girlfriend and I choose here. Not the best idea. We got the 2 for 26 I believe and both got the fiesta chicken and crunchy onion rings (over done onion rings). We both left our plates full as the food was extremely salty. But the rice had no flavor at all. payed the $30 bill and left hungry and unsatisfied. I don't know if I should have said something to management or if it would have done anything anyways. Our server was very nice though.
Freezing cold inside on a 34 degree winter day. Had to tell the waitress to turn heat on. More people had their jackets on. Food was…eh. Nothing special. Glasses were disgustingly dirty (this is not same glass)
