This is a great burger & fries place. Doing what they do best, they nail it every time. No frills, nothing held back, the food has good, edgy names and combinations I would have never thought of! Thank you for keeping Rockford alive! I've heard some say it's expensive, but you get what you paid for; it is well worth it! Also, I didn't mention yet, the fries are EXCELLENT.
Happened to be in town with a friend yesterday, and half we picked Chris'!Wings were great, burger (911 burger) was delicious, and the fries topped it all off. Figured I'd leave a review to let the chef know that the burger wasn't spicy enough to kill me, but it was close ?

Muh frand Mason had a bad bad time eating the foods here. Cold fries, burned hot dog with slaw, and he didn’t get the sloppy steak like he asked for.New update: just partook in correspondence with Mason’s older brother (he’s a smooth brain though and can’t be trusted: tangential - nick, the older brother, garnishes his Jack’s frozen pizzas with freshly cracked black pepper). He allegedly had the wings and garlic parmy parm fries and claims it was good. It’s tough to take his words and reviews at face value though… he’s the type of guy that’ll order a well-done ribeye at Applebee’s and dip it in ketchup and ranch…Nevertheless I’ll upgrade to 3-stars for now until new information hopefully comes to light. You stay classy, San Diego.

Cannot comment on the food, as twice now I've gone to their location when it said it was open and they weren't and I called and no one answered. So unfortunately I have to say this place is not worth it since it's never actually open to get food from.
We've read reviews saying these are the best burgers in Rockford. We both tried the First Lady burger and fries from the food truck. They are THE BEST! All the extras on the burger enhanced each other. And the fries! The white cheddar or parmesan sprinkled on them is perfect. And none of this was overly salted. I've stopped eating some food because of too much salt making it inedible. Thank you to James for "the tour" and thanks to the kind woman at the window (sorry I didn't get your name). Bruce and I will definitely be back. Folks, if you haven't tried this, what are you waiting for?
