Food is good and service is alright but at 8 pm they lock dinning room and force everyone through drive through so I recommend avoiding after 8 pm epically if your in a hurry because after 8 pm the drive through gets so backed up you'll be sitting in that drive through for 16 min or more always get there befor 8 pm for good experience ?
What a joke of a restaurant. Best if I leave it at that. Avoid this place
My daughter and I had the Southwest Chicken Salad. They were good, but she had to go ask for the guacamole that was left off of hers.
They send you to the parking lot to wait for your order (not a door dash order or online order, just a regular drive thru order). It has happened multiple times. You wait for 20 to 30 minutes and eventually pull into the drive thru again because they forgot about you. Ended up waiting an hour total for my already paid for meal. It's the worst and an absolutely horrible system. They ended up giving me a refund, which was nice.
There wasn't any toilet paper in either stall and the paper towel dispenser didn't work.
Waited 20 minutes going through the line. Nobody answered at the speaker and it looked like it was turned off. After waiting there for 5 minutes I figured I would pull around to place my order. The girl at the window started snapping on me saying they had only 3 workers. Then told me I had to pull around. I said in not going to wait in line for 20 minutes so I parked my car and waited. The food was cold. Never seen employees at a business start yelling at customers for their own incompetence but needless to say I'll be contacting higher management.
Had to sit & wait for order to be taken. Girl kept interrupting trying to upgrade. Ordered sandwiches, (admittedly ordered special) still waited for extremely long time. Got home & nether sandwich was correct?, plus mine was cold.
Good food. They have some really interesting takes on grilled cheese. I loved the buffalo chicken
paid almost $11 for son of baconator meal, med size. no mozzarella sticks tho google says yes. Sandwich was not like I usually order, NOT EVEN 1 WHOLE PIECE OF BACON! girl was rude, tried to hand me the bag no drink, closed the window so I sat there. no salt or ketchup as I asked for it when ordering, asked her for some, such a huge handful shoved at me it was falling all over. rarely eat out so this was supposed to be a treat. won't be back.
Fast friendly and good food went through the drive-through in a very timely manner. Best fries when they're hot.
