Food is usually fine. Service, on the other hand, is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, and others you don’t see your waitress for 30 minutes at a time. Never had a problem with hostess until my most recent experience when she was not hesitant to start our experience with a rude welcoming. We had asked our wait time and came back with a rude remark, when it wasn’t necessary. Like I said, usually things are decent, but you can see the lack of good customer service.

The food was good, the service was fine….UNTIL, at the stroke of 10p we could hear an employee yelling from the kitchen, “It’s 10 o’clock, time to go!” We looked around and the family dining next to us was just as appalled as we were. This continued three or four times, each time louder and louder. The wait staff was snickering. We were out the door by 10:12, it’s not like we were there 30 min after closing. It was outrageous. All they had to do was 20 min prior to closing, give us a heads up and then offer to relocate us to the bar after the restaurant closed. Poor management and terrible practices. Wouldn’t go back on a bet. .
