Our server was great, but the cook needs training or care about their job. Steaks were not cooked correctly, ordered Mac n cheese as a side it came out after we were 3/4 the way done with our meal then it looked like and tasted like it came straight from the box that cost 50cents. Used to never have any issues but now you see a decline
Absolutely awful, the person in front taking reservations typed in my number wrong so I was waiting for 40 mins with no notification or update, I called in and they said that I would be back on the waiting list. They had nothing available on the menu that I wanted to order after waiting 1 hour for service and a table. No ribs and no cactus blossoms, Staff were not very courteous, last time I plan on going here at this location. I am here now and have waited an additional 40 minutes for the food to arrive, about to walk out of here.*Update* The food was a nightmare, the Steak had no flavor what so ever, the Cheese on the fries and Potato appeared to be melted in a microwave... Texas Roadhouse takes a short cut every chance they get because they can't keep up with the volume at there store. After 1 hours and 40 minutes of my time, I took 2 bites and decided I did not want to get sick and left immediately after speaking with the Manager, service is really slow and server did not check on our table ONCE.
Lexi was an absolute great server. The food was good and quick, so quick they had our steaks out before we could finished the salad. Loved the fact that a manager stopped by our table to check on us.
Placed order on line wasn’t on time like the last time I was there. no bread. steaks were cooked wrong. Paid with my debit card manager could not supply a refund said computer was down she would take care of it later. Debit card same as cash should have gave me cash refund on spot. last time Me or my family will ever visit there. Clearly a sign of poor management. From all the poor reviews I’ve seen this has been a problem for sometime.
Service was good, I come her every few months thinking it will be better. This time I splurged and ordered a $30 ribeye and I am certain it was a sirloin. It was tough. My wife ordered the same thing, steak (MR) and it was definitely overcooked. The wait time was very long. My sweet potato came out after I was done with my meal. $80 for 2 people, and will be a long Ling time before I come again.
We've visited a few times and are always impressed with the service of the wait staff! Our steaks are always well cooked and we don't usually have an issue with anything.I would recommend going for a nice dinner date or out with coworkers.
Went 3/3/22 for a celebration dinner for a 11 year old hero that saved my daughter’s life, the wait for seating was okay about 30 minutes, was seated with no bread and cinnamon butter had to walk up and get our own after I got tired of waiting! Ordered a 6oz sirloin medium rare with grilled shrimp, sweet potato and green beans for our little hero, my daughter ordered loaded baked potato extra sour cream cheese and bacon bits, I myself ordered portobello mushroom chicken with loaded potato same as above and salad! Our heroes steak came well done with no shrimp by the time the manager brought us a new steak still with no shrimp our hero was full from myself sharing my chicken with her and her sweet potato and green beans, and one potato was half cooked with no extras as ordered.Now they did take the cost of our heroes dinner off the bill after I refused to pay for something we didn’t get, oh and I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my salad dressing!!!
It was a great meal and the waitress we had was excellent!!!
The food was decent - we had sirloin steaks and chicken fried steak. The lunch specials were budget friendly and made an affordable meal. They didn't have our first 2 drink selections so we stuck with water and tea. Service was a little slow but polite. The music is WAY too loud. Hard to carry on a decent conversation or even hear the server.
We Will probably not visit this location again. The wait was understandably longTypical of most Texas roadhouse locations. But after getting seated we waited about an hour for our food to come. I heard this location has a reputation for long food waits.There were tables that got served before us that got seated way after us.The waitress was OK.We had toRemind her of our requests several times.
