They're lobby was open which is hard to find in that town. I was surprised how good my burger was ? nice employees
Steak n shake is probably my second favorite burger place. I'm particularly fond of the Garlic butter burger. Served with a side of onion rings with ranch to dip them in. Ice cold sweet tea to wash it all down. Delicious! All the staff I've had the pleasure of interaction with have been polite and friendly. Cheaper then other burger joint choices. Self service options available. Mobile ordering with delivery available through ordering apps like Doordash. Service is usually quick. The above is praises.However, I do have some complaints. On more then one occasion when visiting this establishment the tables had not been wiped down. The bathroom has been dirty and very unclean smelling. The floor has also been dirty and unkept looking. That being said I do realize that staffing shortages are still causing many establishments to have issues providing services but I also know such lacks in cleanliness will also cause problems in providing services.
Food is generally pretty good. Always hot and fresh cause the make it to order which sometimes results in a bit of a wait.
No wait staff now. You order at a kiosk and they tell you when your food is ready. We took ours to go, and realized they forgot a fry.
compared to the other steak n shakes that I've frequented, I like how customers can order from the kiosks. I'll be back to visit this location
The burger and fries was excellent. My only complaint was the Chilli Mac alittle bit too greasy.
They have dropped the 50s waiter bs and put everything on a table for you to serve yourself which is fine with me because they don't pay people enough to deal with the public like that but i was surprised by it.
Food was great, service was excellent. Must use kiosk at front to order and pay for your food. Bring cash to tip your waitress, no option to put on your card
They don't serve breakfast items anymore and the menu is very limited now. Burgers and fries are very delicious tho. Our waitress was very helpful with new kiosk and so sweet!!!
When does steak n shake today not been there for a long time you have to basically weigh on yourself do a kiosk get your own drinks they did have one person working there I noticed the food came out pretty quick and I thought well that's kind of odd you know I didn't see him cook it will come to find out it was precooked like an hour or so before it was really cool the hamburgers were cold just tasteless I had to send her back to get my diced onions even though she told them and they're not busy they still didn't put them on it was it was really bad and they raise the price it came to eat something and it wasn't worth it if it was hot and the things I want on it that would have been great the fries are very skimpy and then it came with a drink that's why I got one started the tea was pretty good and the lady in there trying to show people how to work things we're really nice I bet they didn't I asked her about the hamburger she said well no that's not fresh it was there in a warmer they made ahead of time and I like to really hot hamburgers I used to have it was a waste of $8 and since you don't have only using the kiosk you can't get your money back I would never eat there again or I will never recommend it again it's not worth it
