The drinks are good. The bakery stuff is good. The hot breakfast, not so much. Costly. Friendly staff.

Messed up my order twice in a row. I rather go to McDonald’s for Coffee from now on??‍♀️

Had a rep order 16 items from this store and this is the mango dragon refresher they provided. No syrup or fruit, just coconut water and sugar. Still was charged full price. Do not water your time or your money here.

Drinks were good but drive up window was very slow. Most stores are very quick.

I love all of the employees of Starbucks Quincy. From the management to the baristas, they are awesome!!

Since November of 2021 this store has been constantly failing for three months straight. They run out of EVERYTHING including employees. I used to love this place but they can’t seem to handle it anymore. They have restricted hours that google or corporate site doesn’t reflect. They don’t do mobile orders! They rarely have cups or lids to even sell the coffee in. Also, there’s hardly any coffee in bags. You just can’t make this stuff up…. This is just ridiculous. I am surprised corporate hasn’t stepped in yet. This place is a slow motion train wreck. I have been a steady customer for ten years and it pains me to say this about a store I used to love.

As a trucker I find it bs that the inside of stores aren't open. Truckers deliver your supply of coffee and goods and can't fit through a drive through so we have to physically go inside. Yet we can't because of liberal policies aka "staff shortages". Welp sorry but you get 2 stars for that nonsense. Sorry not all of us can go through a drive through yet you expect us to deliver your coffee to keep you in business.

We waited in the drive through line for almost 30 minutes behind other cars before we finally gave up and drove to the front of the store. At the front of the store there was a sign written in marker saying they would not be opened until 10:30 today. This was absolutely ridiculous. There was no sign at the start of the drive through, which is behind the store, to indicate that they were not open. Several cars had waited before us for god only knows how long. Had my partner not gotten out of the car and walked to the back of the store to tell the other people about them being closed who knows how long they would have waited. This behavior is very unbecoming of such a respectable company and because of this incident I will make it a point to take my business elsewhere. I know that may not mean much but I’m severely disappointed in this place as a whole.

This location has a drive through where you can not get out without sitting in line all the way past the window and today 11/26/2021 it was too difficult for someone to post a sign that they only have tall cups so when you pull in you are trapped and unable to buy a coffee that is worth the time. This is definitely becoming a problem to where it is almost not worth bringing your business here since you can’t do business when you get here anyway.

starbucks is so good my friend and I always go there we went there today and they were giving out holiday cups for the customers that bought the holiday and seasonal drinks all their drinks there are amazing especially their peppermint mocha its amazing one of my personal favorite along with the strawberry acai lemonade
