2nd time there and was great.3rd time here, was slow service.Lettuce wrap was bad. Received wrong order. 1 star 3rd time there.
Worst service we have ever had. And we were only there 10 minutes. Walked in and was seated fairly quick as there was only 5 other people in there. People NOT tables. Bartender came over and asked what we wanted to drink. She then gave us a drink menu that was a food covered piece of paper and even said “well this is gross” when handing it to us. Another man then came over and asked for our drink order. We ordered 2 of the specialty drinks and some water. He brought us the water and said our server would bring us our drinks and take order. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. The bartender had her cellphone attached to her ear for another 10 minutes. Finally we asked the host what the problem was. She (the bartender) then came over, with an attitude and said “well first of all I was on the phone with my boss” my husband then said okay, if you’re going to attack us we will just leave. She replied, that’s fine. See ya!! Very disappointing as we were told this place had the best wings and if we were ever in Quincy we should try them. We ended up going next door to the Chicks on the River. Amazing service and amazing chicken lips!
Food was okay. Very slow service. I believe there was only 1 waiter available. He was doing the best he could to take care of everyone.
Food isn’t bad but we waited about an hour and 20 min for our meals when the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Another table near by also said they had waited over an hour.
After 90 minutes waiting for my dine in order....I walked out. Restaurant was not busy and I sat at the bar. The bartender was not concerned with my group, as she was focused on someone sitting across the bar. My party informed me when the food did arrive, it was ice cold. They said she did remove their drink purchases....though that doesn't excuse the initial problem. Customer service has gone to hell, these days. Wait staff is simply there to get a paycheck. I'm well aware restaurants have been suffering. However, after 2 years....they should have found solutions to these issues. If they can't find a solution, close down. Waiting 90 minutes for a club sandwich and chips, is absolutely unacceptable.
Great quality meat. Love love love the zucchini sticks. High tables on the main lower floor, regular tables on the upper level. Dessert cookie is amazing.Elevator for wheelchairs but not particularly accessible seating on the main floor.
Went out to eat on a Monday night and was impressed with the experience. The bartender was our server and kept our beer cold/filled and checked on us frequently. Wing combo came out promptly and was hot & tasty. Didn’t expect much on a Monday night but was pleasantly surprised. Well done!
What can I say to try and make this a good review? The atmosphere is baller, the beer list is really good for the area, the service seemed pretty good, until refill after refill results in me having to basically fight the staff for my food. After over an hour and a half wait with our only appetizer having been served I started to get frustrated. Seeing 2 other tables get their food when we sat down before them was odd. Not until I'd been told twice that our food was being plated did I request it be boxed to go because we would not be staying. It still took another 15 min before they presented a check that was yes cut in half by 50% however I requested to speak with the manager about the issue and was told she was too busy. Until I refused to pay for my food entirely did she come to speak with me. In which I explained to her the scenario. She said you order had only been in for 45 min that doesnt warrant a free meal. Still refusing to pay she waded up my ticket and walked off. I'd like to reiterate the salad I waited at least an hour and a half for was pretty good. But again had to reenter the restaurant to request the dressing that was specifically for the salad and to go silverware to which they were out of. How are you out of Togo silverware?
If you go expect to wait for an hour or more to get your food and to never get a drink. Every time I go there the service is awful. I was there for an event the other night and decided to get a drink before the event started. The bar tender told us the seats were takin and I had stated that’s fine, I just wanted a drink, and then I would go upstairs to where the event was, but she walked away not caring about losing a customer. Then as soon as someone sat down she goes to them. I waited ten minutes and as I stated before I just want a drink but she didn’t care and would walk away. I went somewhere else to get a drink and then came back for the event. Sad part is when I went there to get a drink a couple of guys sat down to order food and it took them TWO hours to get it. Way to long to wait for food. Service is always awful there especially the bartender. It’s been almost a year since I’ve been there, and the only reason why I was there is because of the event otherwise I would not go back.
Good wings and beer selection.. Crowds older and staff are pretty low key.. Ain't no Twin Peaks but it'll do.
