My Family and I came through and waited 20 minutes in a line to get 2 ice cold crispy chickens out of the three we ordered, plus the cold 4 piece nugget and soggy undone Large fry.We will no longer be going back. We have nothing but problems at this location.
16 minutes in line after placing order, when I got to the pay window, no one there. The manager called for the girl to get back to the window, the manager finally took my payment. The food was so cold the grease had congealed. Never going back.
Took 29 mins in drive-thru. Our food was cold.. No sauce after asking what kind we would like.
Avoid at all cost. Waited an hour to be pulled into a waiting stall to wait another 25 mins. Got our food and it was missing items. Conveniently, their receipt machine was broken, lobby closed, and they would not answer the phone. Seriously choose any other McDonald's in town. This one is disappointing.
Always lengthy delays! They make up a large number of soft drinks and sweet teas in advance resulting in watered down drinks from the ice melting. Today they couldn't serve ANY food, only the watered down drinks.
Order was short and totally wrong…Ordered a large coke and a large half cut sweet tea… waited 20 minutes in line and got a large Diet Coke and a large sweet tea… totally backwards….Really????Will we go back??? Probably not…[email protected] least not to that one…
McDonald's is an all right fast food joined to get a quick bite to eat. Hi how everything that they are falling behind the times and not keeping up with some more favorable fast food joints in my opinion. Prices I think are the highest of any fast food joint. Maybe two out of 10 times I order at any McDonald's my order is right. Would only recommend if you are somewhere where this is your only choice.
Not sure what changed here but service is very slow anymore and don't do curbside. It's like they forget about you out there and it takes forever. Use to be excellent but last year or so has lagged.
Total joke. Every time I come here I stand at the front counter for several minutes without anyone acknowledging that I’m here after looking right at me multiple times and just having casual conversation with coworkers instead of doing their jobs. This is what you get when you reward mediocrity with $15 an hour.
The happy meal has definitely gotten small in the last 20 years! They asked if we wanted apple slices or extra fries. We wanted apple slices and got nothing!
