Service was fast and it’s great to be able to sit inside again

Freaking terrible. Can get into details, but it's pretty much the same ole, same ole. Do better McDonald's, it's not like it's cheap anymore, give us what we pay for.

Waited half an hour for a curbside, and went in the store to ask about it. And none of the employees would help. Worst customer experience

went to the drive through and was told to pull forward .. we did along with 2 other vehicles.. they came out with multiple bags of food and gave ours to the wrong car... then went back and got it after we watched the person eating some fries. We told the worker that we wanted the food replaced and she seemed upset.. she went back in to the restaurant not realizing i was behind her, and mouthed to the manager about a upset old man(me) she told the manager with the crooked hat about it and he told her to just put it in another bag and take it back out.. that's when i introduced myself as the old man... the manager asked me if i wanted food remade and i asked if he would eat the food after others have... he had the food remade and gave me the food.. took almost 20 minutes.. made a corporate complaint and received some pre-scripted email apologizing for the error and they look forward to our future business... yeah that wont happen....

Always super slow, they never answer at the drive through & since covid they close way too early

Ever since covid, this and many other restaurants in town have trashed their service reputation. This is no different with McDonalds. I understand the short staffed situations and shortages on just about everything besides the kitchen sink(and there may be a shortage on that) but when I got to McDonalds today at 8:17PM. There was 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through, the cars ordered in about 5-10 min. I was up to order around 8:30 PM. The automated message plays to be interrupted by a gentleman saying “One moment please” I acknowledge him and wait for about 5-6 minutes before saying “Hello” to no response. This continues up until 8:50 when the parking lot lights and ordering terminal shut off. I once again tried to get a response but had no luck. Several other cars behind be started driving off, so I did the same. I am upset that there was no explanation given, and that I was waiting to order longer than 15 before the store “closed” I hope the owners or the Restaurant themselves start noticing this and implement changes

I would give this mcdonalds a zero star if I could. Let me start with a warning, if you do decide to go to this trash mcdonalds do not pull away from the window until AFTER you've checked your bags. My family made the mistake of not checking our food until after we had gotten back home, upon opening it we had realized my toddler son's food was not in the bag at all.and not only were his fries old and cold so were mine and my husband's. When we called the mcdonalds they informed us it was because of staffing issues. In my opinion that is a sorry excuse for laziness, when you're making $15hr. If I can do my job addequetly and efficiently while short staffed so should you. Never going here again tired of it.

Got out to see a sign saying lobby closed, no reason. Went to drive thru and asked the person had no idea. I will not return to this McDonald's on my next trip to Quincy.

Didnt appreciate having to drive through the drive thru twice after repeating 3 times no cheese on a double, but they were more friendly now then they have been in the past ?‍♀️

well one of the burgers on my double quarter pounder was cooked. the other was lightly grayed and completely uncooked. wish I could post a picture.
