Nice place, great sandwiches and potatoes. Plentiful portions. Serve was fine and restaurant clean.

Food was good. The lady that took our order was texting on her phone while taking out order. Didn't have all of what we ordered in the store so we had to substitute. Then didn't get all if our order. Kinda ridiculous for 50 bucks
This place has started to struggle. The last two times I’ve been in my order has been wrong and taken an eternity to get to me. The food is always good enough when right, but this particular location needs a little TLC in the customer service department.
Sadly, this place has recently made my ‘do not call’ list. They used to be good - and McAlisters has a great menu & concept - but things have deteriorated to the point where salads here have rotting veggies and are missing ingredients. Soups and sandwiches show the quality decline as well. Surely the kitchen staff knows when ingredients are rotten as they plate them. They should never make it to the customers tables.
Excellent sandwiches, tea, sides, salads. Could have wiped the counter rather than slide everyone's beverages across a puddle of liquid. Other than that, the food is above average, and affordable.
How do you forget to put grilled chicken on a grilled chicken Caesar salad? When I called, they suggested I call DoorDash and see if they’d go back and bring me a replacement. Not my responsibility, nor DoorDash’s responsibility to fix their screw up. Won’t be going back.
I moved from St. Louis to Quincy and have eaten so many times in st. Louis and always enjoyed it
AMAZING customer service! They were very busy and short staffed, but they had smiles with great attitudes. Food was good and order was correct. Thanks for an enjoyable lunch.
