Extra crispy? Yes please! Now, not as good as Popeyes but it will do in a chicken emergency. Why has KFC not gotten in on the spicy chicken band wagon? Anyway, this location is amazing. The employees are fist class and treat customers with great respect. Also enjoy going because they make you feel good. Food is always fresh and hot. I can make it all the way back to Palmyra and it's still hot!

Ordered fresh pieces of chicken 36 pieces, and when picked up, outer skin was so har, you couldnt bite thru it, and the meat was so dry like it had been under heat lamp all day. Done with you KFC.
There was no dining in right now. We ordered at drive through. Didn't wait very long but wasn't busy. Very friendly and curtious. Food was delicious.
i ordered some food online and paid for it, had the receipt when i got there and told them i had an order for 1:00 pm. when i got there they told me there was no online order and that if we wanted our food we needed to order it and pay for it AGAIN.
Went thru side door to pick up a delivery. Did not say lobby was closed and immediately I was told to get out. I asked why she could cook food without wearing a mask properly but I couldn't be in there. And she picked up the phone and said she was calling the cops cuz I called her out on her mask. And the drive thru was backed up into the street. I will never go to this location for any reason.
Normally a pretty alright kfc, but the staff is questionable. I got a sandwich with a clump of hair in it (not just a few hairs like I had originally thought, when I pulled it out, it was an actual clump of tangled hair like you would pull out of your drain). I called the restaurant to tell them I didn't want a replacement, but whoever is making sandwiches must be shedding hair. The guy who picked up was defending her telling me that her hair was tied up. I told him from initial inspection (before I pulled it out) that it looked like it could be beard hair. He got sassy with me and told me that HE didn't make my sandwich, and that he's black so his hair doesn't fall out (what?). I told him idk what he wants me to say, there was hair in my sandwich, and he said that if I wanted a replacement, I would have to bring it back to the store. I said I didn't, I was already home and did not want to drive back, and he hung up on me.So, yea, as long as you don't have to interact with staff, and don't happen to have hair in your food, pretty alright place.
The staff are always fast and super friendly in the drive thru! Food is always fresh and hot too.
