The establishment is fine, after wards was a bummer!
Always great food. Can always rely on a good consistent meal from that chain regardless of the destination. Food tastes great, service is always fast and reliable.
I’m certain someone could be mugged in front of these employees and they wouldn’t do anything about it. My fiancé and I stood there for probably three minutes- completely in acknowledged- before someone asked another person to go to the counter. I’m assuming it was the delivery driver who rang us up, he was incredibly rude and appeared to be irritated to help. We were the only two in the restaurant with a car parked at the window. I’m not exaggerating when I say at least twenty sandwiches were made before our order, very few of them going out the window to the car with no car behind them. After waiting, again no exaggeration, at least TWENTY minutes we finally got our sandwiches. We had to remind him there were two pickles not one, no big deal, grabbed our sandwiches and went home. We get home and o don’t have any idea what kind of sandwich I received but it isn’t what I ordered. I understand orders get messed up and that’s just part of getting fast food but the complete and total disregard for a customer in your lobby is wild to me. We’ve ignored the same general issue of not being acknowledged quite a few times hoping it was just a bad day but today was exceptionally bad and it’s disappointing. This is the closest location to where we live and we no longer will be utilizing them. A customer shouldn’t feel like a nuisance for coming in to order food you serve.
Nice clean store great people starting to become more of a fan of Jimmy John's over over Subway. Food was delicious.

Food is ALWAYS wrong and/or missing, consistently only have one driver so order is not followed as they rush through everything (like if ANY special instructions are on the order they NEVER follow it), terrible customer service. If you want JJs go to 18th and Broadway not this location.

There is no reason to ghost customers. He is a great guy and doesn’t deserve this crap! The biggest advertisement is word of mouth and by ignoring this gentleman you are also showing how you would treat any situation where you should take action. So there for you are hurting yourselves because his community and friends are seeing the proof of you not reaching out. Fix his yard seriously!
