Excuses instead of fixing the problem. Cooper the manager would rather make an excuse why my order wasn’t right instead of fixing the problem. Instead of being “freaky fast” why not make my order “freaking right”. Been ordering from 18th street store for years but the last couple times in the evening the order has always been wrong. Ever heard of “get it right the first time every time”? Cooper excuses are like belly buttons, everyone has one. How about fixing the problem instead of being the problem. If I’d made excuses instead of fixing my issues at work I’d done been fired. You cost the owner money instead of generating money. Next time follow the instructions on the online order instead of just getting it out the door. I expect satisfaction, hope when you order food next time, the manager from where you order from doesn’t make excuses.
Best fast food " sandwich" place in my books. I can't seem to get away from the #13 Cubano. Just an awesome sandwich that actually fills my void! Decent prices and fast. Wish we had a Jimmy John's in our town. I'm sorry Subway, but this is how you "Do It"

Service was overall quick and friendly. The dining area was clean. There were several customers after we had been served, and the service was very much the same.
