Food was hot and cinnamon roll was amazing

I had a sandwich and Fries They were barely warm They were barely warm The hardies on 12th and locust The Hardy's on 12th and locust About a month ago I bought sausage egg sandwiches They were definitely cold They were definitely cold I don't really recommend Hardy's on 12th and locust
I was in drivethu for 15 mins on a half lunch and drove off leaving my food very very slow
I showed up at 6:17am and waited 5 minutes with no one answering. Don’t say your hours are 6-10 if you aren’t going to be open.
Breakfast biscuit was hard and waited in drive thru for 10 mins. Possibly short staffed this time, but last time biscuit was too hard too.
I visit this Hardee's frequently on my way to work. I moat always go thru the drive thru and have no problems at all however recently it has been hard to catch them open. The last two times I tried to grab a sandwich before work I did not get waited on.i have taken in consideration the pandemic causing issues with staffing..however the sign says open til 7pm. I was there at 615pm..there was a car in the parking lot and the lights were on. I attempted to call no answer so I left...don't think as of now that I will return anytime soon.its not like they were busy at all..i would think they would take care of the few customers that visit
Drive through was slow, considering the time of day. Food was as good as Hardee's gets.
Your Window operator tonite knowing there is going to be 4 drinks hands me a loose drink takes my card and as he is closing the window I said Hey I’m gonna have 4 drinks gimme a carrier and she should have done this to be Gun with HE SAYS TO ME NEXT TIME ASK ME NICER!! So he thinks I insulted him or was rude BUT HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB AND IM SPOSE TO ASK HIM NICER YET HE FAILS TO DO HIS JOB!? I’m alone in the truck he sees this yet DONT think HEY ONE PERSON 4 drinks maybe place them all in a carrier! I said hey who do you think you are? You don’t talk to me this way!! Get your manager. She walks over he slams the window closed and begins to tell his version I said NO way that isn’t how this works you don’t get to tell her anything without me being privy to it cus that isn’t fair for he could be lying and he clearly did! She takes his side! So she is ok with him NOT DOING HIS JOB she is ok with him INSULTING A CUSTOMER AND AHE HERSELF INSULTS ME SAYS IM RUDE FOR HIM NOT DOING HIS JOB!! I demanded a refund! I spend NO JOKE $120-150 a month there and desperate or not on employee help this was absolutely uncalled for and remember the customer is always right! I refuse to patronize your place again until you have fixed this! Cmon $33 dollars of food he insults me don’t do his job and manager is ok with him doing so and insults me further! If this is how you allow your business to operate I’ll go elsewhere!
Got a breakfast sandwich that is usually toasted. Waited in drive thru for a very long time. One side of sandwich was toasted a little. The other side not at all.
