Had a reservation for 8:30PM after a family member graduated college - the ceremony ended early so we headed to the restaurant for drinks. Upon entering we were basically told we needed to leave since they were not ready for us. We went to the bar where we waited until after 10:00PM to be sat at the grill and served. By that point one of the members of our family had left upset and did not return to eat with us. The Hibachi chef was FANTASTIC and definitely deserved a raise and so was the waitress, however we did not leave until well after 11:00PM. My in law was told that the meals would be compensated, however at the end of our meal we were hit with tickets. For a 2 hour late meal. Would you want your dinner at 10PM?? I understand that everywhere is short staffed but even so we should have been updated or offered to be seated elsewhere if they could not accommodate our reservation.I used to love Fuji, but I don't think I will ever eat here again.

I hesitated to return after the Health Dept shut then down but gave them another chance on a Friday evening. The 3 Hibachi chefs we saw all seemed to be second-string. There was no flare or entertainment. The tricks ours attempted all failed until he gave up and just grilled the food. The meat portions were very small and the mai tia was nasty!. They were out of the Japanese sodas that were always fun.The bathroom faucets were falling off.

Always our favorite for Date night !!! ⭐️ ? ? !The Staff is Always friendly and the owners make you feel special !! Thank you Fuji Sushi & Steak house !!! #HollywoodRollForever !!! ?

We ordered at our both but they offer a hibachi grill and cook in front of you. The meals are very fresh and cooked to perfection. I had filet mignon & scallops. What a delight!

I was ushered to a booth that was literally cut off from the rest of the restaurant. I ordered the sushi lunch special with the miso soup. The soup was very salty. The sushi was almost like a brick. I had a hard time eating both. The wait staff was very rude. Wasn't worth the money.

Fuji Japanese Steak House has amazing food with great prices! Food is reasonablely priced (especially if you go during lunch hours) and I love the hibachi there. I travel an hour away sometimes to eat there and I always have left overs to bring home.

Very nice chefs and bartenders. The greeter at front door was very rude! I still give them a 4star because of the Chefs and Bartenders. Would've gave them a five-star.

Went there at 645 pm waited till 745 to be seated which was fine. ordered vegas bomb and our food at 930 our food was being brought to the hibachi where the other hibachi was being waited on and had thier food and left before we even got any of our food that we waited for so long. The rice wasn’t cooked meat wasn’t done to my preference he just assumed I wanted well done meat the oil got splashed all over me the Cooke as drunk the people around us was drunk should of been cut off. we ended up leaving after couple of people who left before us with out their food worse worse experience I didn’t even want to leave a star any other time I have came it was amazing and beyond excellent food this time I don’t want to return

The Martini menu is very yummy and I really enjoyed the sushi! Pictured is the super crunchy roll and the green roll. Very yummy! Staff were very friendly as well.

The food was good.... If you are a picky eater like me you are going to have a difficult time choosing food. The menu has almost too many options especially for someone who does not eat this type of food regularly. The vide in the restaurant is A+ very good date spot but it was expensive for Quincy. For 2 people we spent 60 dollars on 2 entrées and 2 soft drinks with 15% tip
