Fazoli's is not what it use to be. Staff was nice. Place was clean however the food was not up to their previous quality. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was served in a plastic to go container with flimsy plastic fork. As a dine in customer it was difficult to eat. Bland taste with a small amount of red sauce from someone else's order. Two bread sticks were ok. Please upgrade to silverware as the cheap forks bent just lifting the pasta to your mouth.
Sat in the drive through before I realized the Restaurant was closed on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Never coming here again! Sign says open every day until 9pm...
Why is it closed? Sunday 4pm. Online it says quincy location is open. Tried calling. Automated answering with no information.
Derrick the manager, is totally awesome! He knows how to take care of his customers, even the four-legged ones! This has been one of our favorite places to come to since he is taken over. Kudos and thanks for the great customer service!
The only thing that sucked was a long wait but they gave us free cheesecake to make up for it so it wasn't too bad and their breadsticks are so good I'd slap my mom for just two of them if I could get five I'd slap both parents the more I could get the more people I would slap.. I was like a little kid if I could get a dozen of them!
Carbonated tea!! Yuck! It didn't matter because they were out of it and everything else except coke and diet. Food was room temperature. I used to love this place. After the dining room closed forever now it's been ruined for me. Change isn't always good.
Pasta was hard undercooked, bread sticks over baked and tough. Didn't have half the things on the order. Tasteless. Pretty expensive for what we got. Not much tomato sauce.
Decent food, not great, place was incredibly busy and there weren't many tables cleaned around. Service was pretty slow.
My sister and I ate lunch there today, it was 25 min wait for a small order, however the staff were super friendly, apologized and brought us over a few freebies for our wait!, thanks for a great experience!!
I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I do t think one experience is fair to leave a review this is the 3rd time having Fazoli’s and I’m done…This place use to be my family’s favorite place to eat but now they never put sauce on food I shouldn’t have to drive back to have my food fixed when I order from a place
