Tables are dirty and behind the counter. Just not very CLEAN.Might call health department.
I got chicken strips and fries, the fries were ice cold and tasted like it was made 10 days ago, the chicken strips were cold and tasted weird, it felt like they had the chicken in a freezer for 5 days than took it out to let it defrost and gave it to me, I got a shake and it tasted weird and there was mold and weird stuff in it, my Oreo blizzard was melted and only had a couple crumbs of Oreos in it
The service was terrible had me sitting in front of the window for ten minutes before someone finally answered the worker who did open it to take my payment ripped my card out of my hand then slammed the window in my face another worker opened the window next and proceeded to hand me melted ice cream with no lids on them. I will never be backTldr- Service terrible, Ice Cream melted, workers rude.
The food was nasty tasted terrible worst sandwiches we've had since we lived in Quincy I will never go there again to eat food now the blizzard tasted okay but then them two cheeseburgers made at my husband had was terrible I ended up throwing my away at tasted so horrible the fries were burnt
Made my granddaughter and sister in law day. The ice cream ? they love.
Extremely friendly staff. They ice cream, how can you go wrong? They have some good food too.

One again my order was incorrect and as always, nobody answers the phone...... now BOTH your stores have permanently lost our business. ps- MAYONNAISE does NOT go on a tenderloin!!!
I have been 3 times in the last few months and each time I got the wrong food or not garnished correctly.
The worst service ever! Wrong order the first time and the blizzard dripped down the side of our car and all over me. Cant believe they served it like that!!
