Ordered a meatball sandwich, bread was too soft. Toast bread or I suggest another bread vendor. Also, don't be afraid to add sauce or put it on side. Just expected a better quality sandwich.
We order quite frequently from here & usually without incident. Tonight though, not the case. They sent the wrong food & when I said we wanted nozzle sticks, not garlic bread I got all kinds of attitude. After explaining numerous times that I didn't want the bread sticks, she still tried charging me full price for the mozzarella sticks. When I asked why I had to pay full price, she said...oh you don't want the bread sticks? Her attitude was horrible, sarcastic and rude. Not sure why I have to pay for THEIR mistake, but it's for my Autistic Grandson. Will be looking for another place for meatball subs & mozzarella sticks.
Waitresses didnt offer refills on our drink at all. Our salad had lots of brown in it. Our appetizer was good. (Mushrooms) sandwich was alright.
I order frequently and they have good food and great delivery service .
Charged my card even though I said cash. They got double paid. Called & they r trying to say they don't keep card info but I did not have my husband's card
Love Cassano's. Every time we come to Quincy this is where we eat. I give the pizza 5 stars, one hostess/waitress ill be generous and give 1 star if that. We had a hard time picking a table due to most being dirty. When asked if we could have our table wiped off she proceeded to set our plates, napkins, straws and menus on the dirty table. She never wiped our table off. Our actual waitress was GOOD and friendly. The other one spent the rest of our visit eating and on her personal cellphone walking around the front of the restaurant while our waitress cleaned tables, made boxes etc. Shaking my head!!
Best pie in the Tri-State area. We eat here daily. Service is always top notch and food quality is always 100%. We've never had a bad experience at Quincy Cassanos.
We went to the Quincy Cassano's at 605pm last night. One waitress, that's ok, we are patient people. We ordered our drinks and a couple of pizzas. We watched the manager go outside to visit with a group of friends while the lone waitress struggled to wait tables and get the takeout orders handed out. We watched other tables fill up, and one table that got there 30 minutes after us and a table that arrived 45 minutes later got their pizzas before us, we asked about our food, only to be told, oh I think it's in the oven. It's now an hour and 20 minutes since we placed our order, my husband said forget it, is there a manager here. The waitress goes to the back and we can here the cook staff and the manager who says just tell them I'm busy and we will cover their drinks. How unprofessional to make the waitress take care of on upset customer. And By the way, at this time there were only 2 tables of 2 people there besides the 3 of us, so that manager just didn't want to come talk to us. This was the worst dining experience we have had in our over 50 plus years.
For being new,the waitress was awesome, she made sure we had everything we needed for 11 of us! Good food!
Ordered two pizza’s ($58) at 5:58pm for delivery. 7:15pm called to check on the status of order, was told. “the pizza is on its way”. I said great! At 8:10, called back to check on the status,, was told again “it’s on its way by the manger.” I called back after taking to my family at 8:15 to say cancel the order we will make other plans for dinner. Extremely disappointed in Cassano’s!
