Do everything I can to not go through this drive through it is the slowest in the state of ilYou would think by sitting in a drive through for 30 minutes they would get the order right but they do not
Only 2 people working during lunch hour. Drive thru crazy. Ordered mayo ketchup only sandwich and got everything on it but mayo and ketchup. Will not go back - this is several times now this has happened.
Very slow and unorganized. My daughter's whopper Jr was OK but my cherry slush had an odd taste to it.
Terrible..ordered then waited 15 minutes no one took our money or acknowledged us..they looked at us and walked away were on thier phones so we left
This visit was bad at a usually does very God food both of us got sick after eating there probably ruined me for life
Went thru drive thru. They sent us to park and brought out our food with other people's food as well. Gave wrong food to wrong people. Food was still fresh, just and inconvenience. Will return
Food is good. Wait time is long. Overall appearance of restaurant is poor.
Went in today the girl working up front was definitely under the influence of drugs. Had to repeat my order 3x. Which was just 2 sandwiches and a small soda. She wasn't even helping people in drive thru. Don't go here not worth the time. Very sad and disappointing. -5 ?
Normally a trip to this burger king is painful, I go there against my will to appease my wife. but my most recent trip I was greeted with "Hello, my name is Raquel and what's your name so I can better assist you today" customer service like that is a step in the right direction. ill still proceed with caution but I enjoy the progress.
Couldn't get anyone to help us with an order. Employees would look at us and go right back to talking or pretending to do something else like stocking bags that were already stocked. Another person left also.
