Before going to the restaurant, I was looking at the menu online. Found just what I wanted, but when my husband & I were seated in the restaurant and the waiter asked for our orders, I was told by the waiter that I could not have that item and that it was only for take-out. I asked him if I could order it for takeout and eat with my husband. I was told no. I ordered my meal online as take-out intending on bringing it home to eat. My husband ordered his meal and I just had a drink. My order was ready before my husband's, so my husband got my order and brought it back to the table so we could eat together. The waiter did then ask if I needed any sauces or anything else and was very attentive. BWW has always been one of our special places to go for date night but this experience has changed my mind. Very disappointed in this customer service.*Update* After filling out the form as asked, I was sent an email apologizing and offering 1000 rewards points. I see that true customer service is a thing of the past.
Veterans discount! Thank you! They got my order wrong not once but twice then the wings were covered in sause. Had to scrap the sause off the wings it was so much.Other than that, it's a typical BWW so dont expect great service

I come here weekly. This was the worst BDubs experience in the last year coming here. The wings looked nice and fresh but tasted like they had been cooked 10 hours earlier. The chicken was tough and dry, and so disappointing. My previous visit was the best BDubs visit I had ever had. Returning anytime soon is gambling my $25 never knowing what the cooks in the back are going to send my way. One thing I noticed about this visit is neither tall manager was around.
Service was great! I lost my ability to eat spicy sauce, the wings were good despite my intolerance. I loved all the different games playing. We went shortly after lunch rush and it was chill.
Soda was ok . All American cheese burger was burnt and didn't get but a few fries and they was end peices. Didn't get very many onion rings we got like 7. Fried pickles we got only had 8. I sent the cheese burger back and left. I will not go back.

it's my first time here but, my daughter's second time. we had Julie as our server and she was very courteous and attentive. anytime I come back here, I hope that I'm able to get Julie as my server. the food is absolutely amazing!
Buffalo Wild Wings has a fun atmosphere. The food and service is always good, but the portions could stand to be a bit more for the price. This was the first time visiting this location and the tv volume was so loud that conversation wasn't enjoyable. I'd probably give them another shot and I'll be glad to change my rating if things are better the second time around.
