Hats off the the chef! The food was excellent! My taste buds are still savoring the delicious flavors. Our server was on point! Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, our glasses never emptied and our table never filled with dishes. The atmosphere of the old building is very cool and the art work on the walls is well done and pleasing to the eye.
This restaurant was a five star experience. The appetizer Mozz Balls w house made marinara a great start. Our meal was amazing I had a steak that was well cooked, baked potato, and amazing grilled green beans. Our meal was of the highest quality, prices were a. Little high but the food was worth it. Also the staff are pretty great as well. Our server did a great job!!!! We will be back. To this establishment.
Food was absolutely amazing. Steak was tender and seasoned perfectly. The vegetable side was the best I've ever had. Over $80 for two people but so, so good. Love the ambience.Update 4/22Under new ownership. Steaks are still good. Sides choices are a bit more predictable, but exceptionally prepared.
Food was delicious! Steaks were cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is lovely. Location next to the river was great. Parking was tricky on a Saturday night. Service was a bit slow, but our server acknowledged this and apologized frequently.
This is the only real “fine dining” experience in Quincy. I surprised my parents with an anniversary dinner there. Valerie was awesome and dedicated she help arrange it from Florida! Who takes the time for customer service anymore???? BoodaLu takes fine dining to a whole different level. The filets could be cut with a fork, onion straws are a must! Red velvet cake that melted in mouth. Wake up Quincy, you get what you pay for.Support Local,,,, your significant other deserves more than a chain steak house! Wake up your taste buds! Much love to you
Great steak with the Portobello Blue Bell topping and red velet cake!
The service, the food, the atmosphere ? all wonderful. Loved it all!
All parts of the experience were great. Staff was tentative and courteous. The soup had a great flavor with just a little bit of spiciness. The fresh bread straight out of oven was refreshing and the entrees were all cooked perfectly. To add to this was eating in a 100+ year old building that has been repurposed to one of the beat places in Quincy to eat.
Best food in town. You can taste the quality
Beautiful building, beautiful Christmas decorations, fantastic food BUT...we were a party of 20 in a private room on a Saturday night. The service was terrible. Half our group waited at least 10 minutes for food after the first half was already served. Also, there was no bartender for our party. Now....that being said it is unknown why service was bad. Not sure if they're short staffed, if nobody wants to work, or if wait staff dumped an entire tray of food in the back and it had to be remade. It would have been nice if management gave us an explanation or an apology but we got nothing.
