Sick of asking for one item and being told they’re out…..then when I say I can wait they turn around and throw another excuse….hate restoring to being a 1star hero but I’m done and don’t think this is based on one visit….4 separate and different visits
I will NEVER eat at or support the Quincy Auntie Anne’s again. I ordered the snowball pretzel nuggets from DoorDash and what I received barely had any powdered sugar on them at all (see attached pictures). Mind you I live less than 10 minutes from the mall. I went in requesting a new order and the owner did not even want to speak to or listen to me, but once I got him to, he absolutely refused to do anything to help. He said I would have to wait for them to make new which I said I was willing to do. Then once I said I would wait, he said they would come out the same way so he would not make me a new order. I asked why they look nothing like the picture and he said because the powdered sugar melts and that’s “common sense”. At this point I pointed out that it says the powdered sugar is to come on the side (see attached screenshot) to avoid this problem and he said no it’s not, it’s supposed to come on top. I just kept saying I wanted the correct food so I would wait for a new order and he refused. I said I would accept a refund instead but he just kept telling me to take my problems up with DoorDash. He was EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. I cannot believe he wasn’t willing to do ANYTHING at all to make it right. A new order would’ve been a very simple and easy solution. He was defensive from the first word he spoke and made no attempt at any sort of customer service. Never eat there!!!
Over priced too expensive
Closing time = extra pretzel bites. ❤️
Amazing pretzels and very ki d employee was super helpful even took a couple dollars off for something I wanted but they only had it in a cup! Reccommend!
Great guy working today. Food was fresh
Very fresh! Very nice staff!
It was good
Good when fresh, they do not like to cook up fresh for you. Lemoaudes are delicious
I grew up in Quincy and the pretzel was always the best part however I recently learned that the earlier you get there the better because they are the freshest then the pillowy inside and the crispy outside always get the classic with salt never anything else that's the number one rule.
