The food was as ordered, and hot and yummy. Fast service. No napkins and only 2 packets of Arby's sauce.
It's a typical fast-food place. Sometimes they're fine & Sometimes they're not.
Only two of the sauce containers worked. No ketchup. I normally like Arby's, but was disappointed here.
Don’t bother getting the Waygu burger at Arbys … looks nothing like the picture …the Waygu burger was burnt and dried out. I called and spoke to a manager and she had an attitude about it and told me “it can’t be burnt we drop it for a minute and a half “… well it IS burnt and dry and awful … what?? How are these cooked ??? We can’t have fried food on our diet so you fry them. ??? Or microwave them ??? You need to adjust how these are made . And someone needs some training o
My husband went through the drive thru, ordered food. When I was at home I opened up my salad it was brown! I took the nasty salad back and said seriously no one noticed how bad the salad looked before putting it in the sack! I guess I thought the employees at Arbys would/could care about the food they are serving to customers. Apparently not.
I just love Arby's. Especially by Reuben that is my favorite sandwich and they're curly fries are the s***. Prices are about normal as they are at any other fast food restaurant. Service was fast. Their people were friendly. I would recommend for a quick bite to eat. Keep the peace!
Workers were curteous..There only 2 other people there eating. It was in the afternoon.
