If you want to get treated like a subhuman or In adamant object please visit this Wendy’s. I honestly do not understand why the people here are so rotten. The best part of my visit is when pull away from the drive thru window and finally get to leave the premises because my Wendy’s nightmare is over. Foods alright. I will keep returning but only because it’s the closest Wendy’s to my house.
They were kind enough to take my kids reward coupon which had expired and I didn't realize it.
We went to Wendy's specifically for the baconator and ordered spicy chicken also, we got other spicy chicken in place of the baconator, and they gave no receipt to contest it

absolutely garbage customer service, you’ll sit at the speaker for four minutes before they answer. picked up a door dash order & now IM late bc they took so long & didn’t have the food ready. doors were locked too, so had no choice but to sit in the drive thru. pretty sure this persons food is gonna be cold.
Good was good, service was a bit slow, but everyone is in need of workers.
This Wendy’s has the worst drive thru service ever! They are so rude, they talk over you when you are trying to order, half the time the order is wrong and they over charge you and when you get to the second window they are basically throwing your food out the window at you. The staff is NOT friendly at all. I only go because my husband likes lunch from there but he said the taste of food is going downhill and Culver’s is much better!!!
Their app deals are great and the breakfast croissants are delicious. I went and got my food quickly and the potato wedges were hot and fresh (had to let them cool a bit!). Currently there is a promo for the sausage or bacon croissant for 2.00 each.
It’s usually pretty solid but occasionally you’ll get an over cooked chicken breast.
09/11Excellent service.The city had a boil order in place, to which we were unaware because we came from 2 hours up north. This caused no fountain drinks to be available.I appreciate the management making sure that can drinks were available for customers.The staff also explained which items were unavailable, before we placed our order. We appreciate this service.
