Food is not that impressive. Ravioli was good. Penne is ok and so was pizza.Ambience is not very inviting. Service was good.
We love Vita Bella pizza! It is classic high quality Italian pizza with a little cornmeal on the bottom of the crust. Both the thin and the deep dish pizzas are excellent. We ordered calzones recently and loved them also. Great service too! Highly recommended!
Hands down the best pizza in Plainfield! I love everything I’ve ever had from there, pizza to pasta to dessert. Delivery is quick, probably because I live close, but still never long wait times. The website is easy to use for ordering ahead and I like earning points for free food.

I wish I could give this place 0 zero stars. I FOUND A HAIR EMBEDDED IN THE CRUST . I called right away and receptionist brought the cook online, and he apologized and said he can give us another pizza, but we were so turned off we didn’t want it . I even offered to send them a picture but the number they gave me was the main line so the picture didn’t go through . So he suggested he can give us another one next time took our phone number. Lo n’ Behold when I tried to get that pizza they have no history of it I gave him correct day 4/5 and told Him the cook specifically told us, since we threw away that’s whole pizza he would give us another one on the house . Would you eat pizza with a hair in it? The manager JANARO awful awful human being pretty much called me liar and said that there’s no record . Like we would lie for $20 pizza just so we can get it for free. So if you like hair and other human remains in your food continue to order from them . NEVER AGAIN!
We love Vita Bella. The food is great, good service and a comfortable eatery. We like the thin crust pizza as we’re former south side Chicago residents. Thin crust is the staple. Vita Bella knows the recipe, had a good selection of toppings and more often than not, baked to perfection. We have also had other menu items in the restaurant and had good food and drinks. We’re sure glad you’re in close proximity to where we live because there’s other pizza places that just don’t get it! They don’t know what a thin crust pizza is supposed to be.
First time ordering from here and it was a hit. We had a last-minute cater size order for family gathering. The food was ready on time as promised. The pizza, mostaccioli and the garlic bread were all great. Great value for the price! We will definitely be ordering from here again
It has been 5 years since I ordered, and I was very disappointed. There were many crust selections. Thin, double, Chicago, pan, and stuffed. I usually get stuffed but went for the Chicago. The crust had no flavor, airy in spots, and dense in others. The box might have tasted better. Double cheese, I have no idea. Usually, when you pull out a slice, the cheese clings to the other piece, and you get that string that never breaks, nope not on this one. The sausage was really good, and the sauce was decent. Tiramasu, after sitting on my counter for 2 hours, it was still frozen in the middle. Jalapeno poppers were pretty good. Dough nuggets, yuck, nothing like the ones in Dekalb, IL. Oh, and the driver had to go back because I ordered two pizzas, not one. The driver blamed the kitchen, but a good driver would look at the receipt and make sure he had everything.He brought me back a coupon for 50% off of up to $20. Anybody want it, because I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered delivery during dinner time on Saturday and received the order faster than than the anticipated time told. Pizza and pasta with vodka sauce was delicious. Ravoli with marinara sauce was okay. I wasn't thrilled with the marinara sauce otherwise it was good. Would definitely order the pizza from there again.
recently moved into the Bolingbrook area, and need to find a new pizza place. This might satisfy my pizza cravings when I what a delicious pizza that is better than Dominos or Costco. I only ordered 1 time for pick-up so far, but I am definitely coming back to try out different toppings.
