The pizza was good and my salad was prepared as I instructed. But this is the third time I have ordered and my order was missing something or something wasn’t prepared right. When I got my delivery, part of it was missing AGAIN. Which is always frustrating when you order from a restaurant that has decent food. I will admit the phone girl was polite as well as the delivery driver.
Recently moved to Joliet from the city and had trouble finding a good pizza place around here. Tried a few places but nothing that we really liked. And domino's doesn't even deliver to our area. A neighbor recommended this place and she said they deliver. So we gave it a try and loved it. Been ordering from here ever since and as of now this is our #1 go to spot for pizza.
I've been ordering from this location for years. Their pizza is good but the rest of their menu is great too. Everything I've ordered has always been good and consistent. The Vita Beef/Combo is awesome. Even the fries. Their online ordering process is great! They offer generous coupons and large percentages of money-off with frequent flyers so to speak.
I received my food hot and accurate. This was my first time ordering and I was very pleased with my food and the prompt delivery. I will definitely be ordering again. I ordered pizza and a salad and both were delicious. I think I’ll order again today.
Really good. Has more sauce on their pizza than from where we usually get from. Cinnamon sticks/nuggets were real good. Beefy bread was ok. Delivery was fast.
I ordered quite a bit of food and went to pick it up, they forgot to give me a tray of salad i had ordered. When we went to give our guests the food and there was no salad. By the time i had driven back to the restaurant i had missed a good amount of my son's birthday and came back to a party of people who didn't want salad after the main dish. Needless to say that $50 salad went to waste. The food was decent. Customer service could use a touch. Delivery of product needs the most improvement.
Great pizza and friendly front desk team. Love the double dough crust! Vita Bella is consistently good and that’s why we have been customers at least 20 years!
