I did a custom order for my husband for Father’s Day. They were quick to respond. Charged me a reasonable price. Had my order ready for pick up on time. The order was exactly what I had hoped for and my husband loved it. They also have very tasty donuts. Highly recommend them!

I do not recommend the Donut Shop 2. We purchased the Easter special for $35.. before placing the order I asked if the donuts would be good for Easter morning because I could only pick them up Friday. I was told as long as the box stays closed they would ok. So I placed the order. I go to pick up the donuts Friday and had my kids with me. They wanted a donut so I bought them each one. We didn’t go straight home but when we did get home we realized we did not get 2 of the donuts. So I called, they didn’t answer. I messaged them to let them know we didn’t get them. They told us to come back the next day to get the two donuts. I could not get there that Saturday otherwise I would have picked up my donut box then. They aren’t open on Mondays so I told them Tuesday I could stop on my lunch. Sunday morning we opened the box to eat the donuts. They did not taste good. I needed up throwing away the whole box. Which was $35. I reached out to let them know I won’t be back for the 2 donuts and was not satisfied with the Easter box. All I got was I’m sorry and thanks for letting us know. That is not good customer service.. So I reached out again letting them know this. And they were very rude and did not care that their expensive donuts didn’t meet the customers needs. I have never had such bad customer service from a business.. even at Starbucks they will replace a $10 drink if you don’t like it or offer a refund if there is nothing else you like.

Listen, I love this donut shop but this is possibly my third time experiencing visiting this shop 3 hrs early just to find the shelves basically bare. No exaggeration. I am not understanding how the shop closes at 2PM but the shelves are bare at 10 and not replenished. Not sure what's happening here but I think serving up another batch of at least half of the stock will be a good idea if you're running out of donuts 3 hours early.

I recently realized that this donut shop has been there for quite a while that I didn't know until I was googling trying to find another donut shop recently. I didn't know they closed at 2:00 p.m. I got there around noon so there was not much selection left. I bought two donuts and a churro which was a little over $5. A little pricey but was good donuts. The churro was just okay I've had better but the donuts good. I would go back here but my preferred place is in Joliet.

My family orders from here quite a bit. Great donut store. Above average customer service. Clean. Donuts are fresh. The Donut Shop fills the void that was left when Dimple's Donuts in Naperville shut down. Good selection of flavors. I hope they get creative and introduce new flavors. Price is fine. Not too expensive. I would give 5 stars but didn't because the one thing they really need to do is update their website to include their full detailed menu. Even better, let people order and pay online so they can just come pickup and avoid creating long lineups. Glad they moved into the neighborhood. Dunkin ain't got nothing on The Donut Shop.

Most of the four stars they are getting is because of their service and ambience. Very nice people and a great welcoming atmosphere inside.Having said that, I had high expectations thinking that their donuts would be Far superior than Dunkin' donuts and the other competing outfits. I was wrong. The size of the donuts are small-ish and the flavor is regular-ish. Nothing wrong at all overall. Good tasting donuts. But nothing amazing.Cost comparison:their donuts are $14.99 per dozen while Dunkin donuts around the corner is $13.99.

Great donuts. Service with a smile. Greeted as soon as you walk in.

We’ve all been many times to chain plaices who have good donuts etc. The Donut chop is a cut above as a family owned place. The donuts are just another level up and better than all the others. If ‘m off my diet and getting a few donuts that’s the only place I’ll go.

Great selection of fresh made ? donuts and pastry. More reasonably priced & better that the mass produced joints .

I ordered a custom big donut for a birthday. I was not happy with the finished product but they were willing to sub for a different donut and were very kind about it! The big donut and the extras we bought were all very good. Thank you for your customer service!
