Ordered a White Chocolate mocha. It was the best I've ever had. Staff was extremely friendly.
I was at this location this morning for coffee and the cashier (Miranda) rushed my order. I think that’s very rude I couldn’t even finish telling her what else I wanted in my coffee before she gave me a total. I had a reward that I had intended to use but that didn’t go as planned . Mind you, there was no other customers behind me I was the only the only one in line. I guess I can take my business somewhere else.
Please be advised this Starbucks is in jewel osco. Check pictures first. They didn’t label my coffees. Got mixed up situation. Coffee cup slipped from cup holder I took from them and it was a mess in my car. I would not have been in this situation if they labeled my coffee. It was horrible experience. Not going back.
My order has always been correct. People are nice and friendly
