Decided to go inside this, currently my local SB, for the first time in years.It was surprisingly dirty inside, there has a destroyed muffin on the floor next to a tall ‘be careful’ yellow sign, a carry-out tray on a chair that remained untouched for the most part of my 1.5 hour visit; the chairs were mostly out of place, and the floor conditions behind the bar was, well, it was flooded. I had made my mind to just sit and do some work, but the music and general noise was rather loud, between 65 - 74 dB. So instead decided to write this review.Food quality was average, it took few minutes, but the drink took well over 10 minutes.
Busy in the mornings and long line in the drive thru. I ordered and they realized they were out of both of the items I ordered so I cancelled one item and they quickly made something else for my son.Nice person at the window, friendly service!Update - they are still my favorite local Starbucks, friendly service and consistently great coffee drinks - this is my favorite local Starbucks.
Every other location I visit is on time with mobile orders. This location is always so behind without apology or recognition of lack of service. I Would recommend visiting any other location except for this one in the area. Wait over 20 mins for 3 drinks! Management must have had a serious change sad to see service decline.
Sophia was just the best. Had a co worker drop the drink. And she made a new one no question asked just great service
You know what is disappointing? When someone doesn't make you $6-8 coffee beverage to perfection all the time aka everytime. That is why I come here, because I can always count on my drink being made to perfection. This is hands down the best Starbucks near me, without a doubt. Starbucks is starbucks. All Starbucks, including this one, have great service in my opinion.Taking off one star from the review because of the two following things:1) it is almost impossible to carry on a conversation with someone or to sit down and do any focused work at this Starbucks location. Almost every single time I have gone, they have loud disco music playing. Not sure how loud, and I mean LOUD like a nightclub almost, disco music goes along with the Starbucks vibe but maybe I'm missing something.2) their prices have consistently gotten more and more unreasonable over the years. Don't get me wrong, their product is great, but still a small black coffee for $3.50 doesn't make sense to me. And that's the cheapest beverage there. The most expensive can be about $10 or more. Once again, maybe I'm missing something but it just doesn't sound reasonable to me.
10:30 am 11/9/21 the lady at the window handed my drink to the lady in front of us and then was handed it back by that lady and THEN handed to us. With covid this is absolutely unacceptable. No food that goes out should ever come back and then be served, ever!! That’s a main rule. The girl was rude as well and just didn’t want to remake the drink. Who knows what the lady in front of us had on her hands. Disgusting.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I would never tell anyone to go there in fact I’d tell them to go to a different one even if it’s out of the way it’s that bad. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.
Time and time again poor experiences at this location. Today was the final straw. If you don’t want people to sit at the tables, blasting the music is one way to make that happen. One old guy reading a book, another lady trying to do a new hire orientation, another lady on laptop and one more lady studying with two kids, and why was the music blasting like at a disco? Only reasonable explanation you really don’t want people to sit in your store.
Love that I live so close to this store. Where else can you buy a new shirt, a pair of socks, dog treats, trash bags, a bag of walnuts, windshield fluid, chicken feed, mouse traps and a toy for your kid all while your waiting for the service department to finish your oil change. Service is always great, cashiers friendly, the store is neat and well stocked.
