Very good taste but wait was very very long and so many online orders is what seemed to push my order back!

Long drive thru line. Took about 15 minutes. We had some time to kill so not the end of the world but seems to be a consistent issue based on the other reviews.
Long lines, slow service, drive thur around the building and they were out of ingredients to properly make a drink
Waited a whole 20 min for 3 cake pops. Got our drinks but no cake pops. Literally the girl was ignoring us while we were waving to get her attention. We even knocked on the window and she still ignored us. Finally after 20 min of waiting the guy on duty came by and opened the window and helped us out. Even after all that I never got my red cup. If your suppose to promote holiday cheer where is the red cup. They weren't out of them at all because we saw them through the window. I come to this starbucks every morning with no issues very disappointed.

Good like everything else at Starbucks but the drive through is so long and it takes a good 20 minutes or 15 to get through in the morning before work for coffee. Wish it was quicker.
Crazy long lines but they move at an acceptable pace. Limited menu due to citywide water problems, at the time, which have since been remedied. Still crazy long lines!
You know what is disappointing? When someone doesn't make you $6-8 coffee beverage to perfection all the time aka everytime. That is why I come here, because I can always count on my drink being made to perfection. This is hands down the best Starbucks near me, without a doubt. You can tell that the staff truly works hard to make sure every customer leaves happy.
