I work at a shop right in the industrial park behind Savino’s, we all come here monthly for their PHENOMENAL HIGH QUALITY TASTING FOOD! THIS IS A CHICAGOLAND GEM! The staff here is always very polite and make sure the orders come out right every time too! 10/10 stars! These guys ROCK!
Ordered the flamin' hot Cheetos nachos and the Doritos nachos. Both were AMAZING!! Subbed steak instead of the ground beef on both.
I can only speak for the gyros: If there is better in the area I haven’t found it. Every single time I have one it’s simply delicious. Juicy, hot, great flavor, and relatively fast.
I want to start by letting you know I am supper picky. I had their chicken burrito which was on point and my boyfriend ordered an order of little birdies for the table…again on point. He had a Italian beef which looked good if you like Italian beef. My son got a chicken sandwich which he liked (and is also picky) and my boyfriends son got little birdies for himself. It was all good and all looked/tasted fresh. Service was good too!! We will definitely go back!!
I will never eat here again!!! Order a Philly steak and halfway through it i bit on something metal and it was stuck to my gums and I had to pull it out with my finger. It was a staple. Horrible horrible! I will be calling and complaining.
You can order ahead of time online. They have very good portions. The service was fast and professional, not a lot of people inside. Plenty of parking available. The sweet potato fries were the right choice over the regular fries. The Chilli cheese fries were a little soggy, but that's normal. The patty melt was really good, and the pitas for the gyro plate were really soft.
Always hits the spot. Great menu selection, something for virtually every type of taste bud. Was a little worried after the ownership change but things only got better. Bigger more beautiful menu and an expansion of different country flavor. One of our favorite quick, easy and cost effective restaurants near me in Plainfield.
First time visiting this location. I originally planned to have a meal @ Portillos. I found that they are closed on Monday. So, I figured I'd give Savino a try. I ordering a combo, no peppers with fries and a drink. The sandwich had an immediate of paid of sweet peppers. The beef was flavorless! What a disappointment. I will not be returning. This was not to my liking.
We went here for the first time. The place is clean and has a cool vibe. I think I've heard this place before but never got the chance to visit. They have a lot of options in their menu but I was not that much hungry that time and was not in the mood to choose so I just ordered their Italian beef sandwich. The staff was nice and friendly and the food was served fast. I was surprised that the Italian beef sandwich of them has a literally huge portion. I seriously did not expect that. There was a lot of beef in it. It was simple and just the usual sandwich and it was good. It was good that I was able to eat it all. This is a nice fast food in the area. I will definitely back some other time. I am also looking forward to try their other foodies!
