This is true.. the last pizza we ordered from Rosati's three of us were saying I think this is the best pizza we've had in our whole life. And the people who answer the phone are always very kind, with the exception of one young girl. We don't think she likes her job.. We have been faithful Rosati's fans for about 35 years and since Rosati's North opened up it's even more convenient for us to pick up our food. Love love love Rosati's.
very unprofessional, slow moving, teenagers with lack of professional experience. & the young lady with the honey brown hair at the front has a terrible attitude. please get rid of her.
Wonderful pizza! Our favorite is bacon, sausage, and mushroom thin crust. Can't wait to order again! Thanks Rosatis. You are the best!!
I’ve tried this place 2 times ordered beefs the first time couldn’t eat them horrible tasting. Then figured we would try the pizza. Ordered X-Large pizza and couldn’t eat it was horrible. Never again!
Asked for a well done pizza and it was spot on not overly done and burnt but not undercooked.Perfect pizza
Cashier was not kind. Pepperoni and cheese pizza are made together.. and she gave me an opened soda so it was flat.
Waited over 2 hours for a pizza and they decided to cancel the order without notice. Will never order again.
We ordered a deep dish Chicago style pizza and had it delivered. My son was eating it, and he found a hair in his pizza. Also, there was about a can of diced tomatoes poured on top and the pizza was wet and looked different than we are used to when we order from Plainfield south location. Overall, it was expensive for pizza, not awesome, and just okay.
Ordered a Pizza through the Slice App. Was told delivery in 45 minutes. Then got a text from Rosiatis saying the pizza would be ten minutes late. Over an hour later, still no pizza. I contacted Slice who was unable to get in touch with this Rosatis store. I tried to call the store direct as well and no answer at 8:40pm.5 minutes later, I get a TEXT that my order was cancelled. Just like that- no call, no apology, no explanation. Just a text, and no pizza.I tried to call the restaurant, and of course, no answer. And slice customer service was totally useless as well. All they could say was that the store missed my order, so they decided to just cancel it.Word to the wise, be careful about ordering through the slice app for delivery. Nor only did the fail to get me a pizza from Rosatis, but now I have to wait 4-5 business days to get my money refunded for a pizza I never received.Just.Plain.Horrible.
Horrible food. Poor quality and high price. Girls that answer phones are rude and mostly worthless. Not all Rosatis are the same, so avoid this one and go to South Plainfield instead.
