Visit started out wonderful, promptly seated and had our order taken. Food was out super quick! I'd say probably within 15 minutes of stepping into the store. You know how they promote the whole bottomless thing though? That's what really complicated the visit. My son wanted more Mac n cheese and my wife and I needed refills on our drinks but.our server was MIA. Took about 5 min to track her down then another 10 to get everything refilled. This would have been a 5 star visit if it wasn't for being more or less ignored once we got our food.
I have never written a bad review in my life but this time I was just beyond annoyed. Our waitress was amazing and sweet. However the girl that brought out our food was so rude. My son wanted oranges as his side and they accidentally gave him broccoli. I understand mistakes happen but she literally just rolled her eyes and walked away. We were sitting directly from the kitchen and I saw one of the cooks push the little container of oranges out and it tipped all over the counter. So he went to picked them up with his bare hands and put them back in the container and out they went to my son ??♀️. I just took the little cup and sat it aside, I figure id just ask our waitress for another one once she came around and that is what I did. Didn’t make a fuss or anything about it just asked if I could have another one cuz this one was accidentally dropped but when she took the little container you can tell the girl in the kitchen was once again annoyed. We ordered more fries after all this and once again the other girl came to bring them and she literally just threw them across the table and walked away. Even my 3 year old asked why she was so upset at us. I didn’t ask to speak to a manager up until the end, the manager just stood there staring at me apologized offered to get us something to go and stated she couldn’t talk to the girl who was being rude about it because she was already off the clock, yet she was still in the kitchen packing orders up. We paid for our meal, didn’t want anything else from that place, and left and will never come back. I understand having a bad day but this was beyond that. Even my kids felt uncomfortable, which was ridiculous.
Definitely don't order during dinner on a Friday. After ordering on-line and arriving when I was asked to, had to wait thirty five minutes until my food finally arrived. I asked if order had just come from kitchen and was told that it had. After 5 minute drive home in a heated car, fries were cold. Additionally extra fries were requested but not in bag and wife's cheese was not fully melted on her hamburger
Great food and great service from the staff. Yes, wait times can be a bit long but it's worth the wait when you receive your food. Only thing is the takeout could use a different approach.
Loved the guacamole burger. The zucchini fries not too much, it has a strange after taste. I made up for it by eating my boyfriends sweet potato fries which were really good. Our server and manager on duty were great as well.
Jan 2022, Very nice server. The tortilla soup was really good. The crispy chicken salad was ok. The turkey avocado sandwich and sweet potatoes were delicious
Updating my review- food has gone downhill, service is terrible.Got an email today that said bogo- any burgers or entree... Could not get half off and couldn't get any help on the phone - just " it will show up on your order" nope - got charged full price for both...then the fries are burnt/overcooked. This was a terrible overpriced meal...(Old review)Good veggie burger. Their gluten free buns are best around. Little pricey
Great food good service did not have to wait for a table and food came fast and large servings was not cheap for burgers and fries but it was worth the money I will go back again for sure soon

Very good. I don’t actually go to many chains but had limited time between two events and this one was convenient. I was actually quite pleased. I had the avocado cobb salad and split a couple apps with my friend I was with…everything was really tasty!
