Worst Potbelly ever! Not greeted at all. Ordered a small mac and cheese. Old and burnt and the server knew it when she gave it to me. Immediately went back and asked for a refund. Refund receipt looked odd, so I went back and spoke to the manager. He advised since the transaction was done that day it would be refunded the same day. I asked for his name and he said it was Jason. Upon leaving, I heard one of the girl there say, 'She asked you for your name?' as if Im in the wrong for their bad service. Potbelly continues to get worse.
Haven't been to Potbelly in years. No particular reason why not. We had the opportunity to stop in with my family. We ordered three different sandwiches, two hot and one cold. The menu was easy to read and offered a good variety of sandwiches. Ordering was simple. The employee taking the orders walked us through our options. We moved down the line and the next person asked about our toppings. She was very nice and explained what they had to offer. On this occasion we dined in. When we opened the sandwiches, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of meat they put on it. It actually was a perfect ratio of meat to bread. Most other places are heavy on the bread side. The toppings were just the right amount as well. We ordered the original sized sandwiches and had half a sandwich each to take home for the next day. The flavor was excellent! It is now my go to sandwich shop. Not sure why we didn't return years ago, but this experience was top notch.
If it's 13$ for a sandwich it should at least be decent. A half a piece of ham for $13!?!? Now it's drive through only which is a huge pain, if I didn't work next door I would never return lol.
April 2022 we had the wreck sandwich w all of the add ons. W the garden soup. Both r delicious.
Favorite sandwich chain! Wreck is a must! Also, delicious soups!
It’s a sandwich….not rocket science. why do you mess up my order every single time. It’s just a ham and cheese for my son who likes bland things. And then when I sit through the drive through to get it fixed I’m the bad guy? Get it together. Again it’s a sandwich it’s not that hard. The potbelly in Naperville…. amazing…. be more like them.
I emailed your Customer Service regarding horrible food and absolutely rude service today.UPDATE 12/07/21: No email response received from Potbelly. Still no refund on my credit card that they said they processed, so I had to put in a dispute of amount for my rotten/moldy salad that I was not able to eat/had to throw away.
Such great sandwiches. People are so friendly too.
I had a sandwich, some chips, and a milkshake. The sandwich was great, it’s called A Wreck, and it was just a delightful mess of meats, and cheese. The chips were a little tasteless, but with the milkshake I hardly cared. It was a good experience, the staff was delightful, and my food was ready faster than I expected.
A great sandwich shop that I have always liked. Currently, their indoor dining is closed because of shortage of employees. Unfortunate.
